    I used to get a horrible rash/allergic reaction whenever I wore a jumper with a high neck (wool) so I thought I'd mention as I saw you wearing that lovely green jumper x

    I suffer with eczema too, I found Aveeno Dermexa Emollient Cream helped my skin more than steroids. I had to use it several times a day at first but gradually it cleared x

    Watching this weeks one sorry to hear about your neck. I had friends and clients who both had similar caused by laundry detergent, cleaners and fabric softener. They went all natural and cleared up. Just in case you haven’t tried that yet. Maybe you already have. Hope you get hospital quickly x.

    Balmonds helps with my eczema.Also swapping washing detergent to Smol non bio and their fabric conditioner. Certain shower gel/ body washes set mine off and some hand soaps .x

    With my ezema, I used a cream from Australia called Kenkay Extra relief moisturising cream. It works a charm. I also found the ingredients in my nails when I would get them done was a t riggering factor. Also nickel jewellery. I hope this helps! Love your channell.

    I found E45 and sudocreme made mine so much worse. I can’t use a lot of creams or moisturisers on my hands as it sets off my pompholxy ezcema. Aveno do an emollient that works well, and randomly the body shop sensitive skin moisturiser worked really well on my hands too.

    Hi this may sound crazy but try rubbing the inside of a grapefruit on your ecxma put it on and let it dry my mother had psoriasis all over and every day for a week she sat in a bath of grapefruit skins (i know it sounds mad and it looked it) but honestly it worked her psoriasis went away and never came back she had tried everything else under the sun. it may not work for everyone but it worked for her and works when mine flares up unfortunately mine is mild most of the time good luck

  • @Helen_yorkshire
    @Helen_yorkshire Месяц назад

    With eczema you are always going to have flares and require topical steroids on occasion despite using regular emollients and soap substitutes. Derm or GP can provide steroid sparing agents e.g. protopic. But patch testing very helpful to see if a cause can be found. Sometimes it can relate to gel nails/ hair dye etc

    Do you have a P.O. Box? I wanted to send you some cream that really helped my friend with her eczema. It’s a natural product and has really helped her over the last year. She gets slitting of her skin etc like what you have on your hands.

    Thanks for the video, love watching them. It’s just like watching/listening to a friend. You’re lovely and so easy going. I had a very sore dry patch around my eye the other year. Tried everything eventually started to use Saira skin oils on it and it cleared up. Not sure if it was the oils that did it or if it was coincidence. Still use them now and never had it since. Hope you get yours sorted xx
