I am a 48-year-old Gen X indie Rocker chic who also happens to have a disability it is not weird it is cool af to collect toys and PLAY with them i have always collected pop culture and vintage this is just a part of it NO SHAME in MY GAME the doll community is so amazing and talented and I am so glad I am embracing my passion again......moderation is hard ya all...THIS INTERVIEW IS FIRE

Great chat. Two of my favorite doll you tubers together! I used to get a little embarrassed about collecting dolls and having certain people know. Now I don’t really care, they make me happy. I’m so glad there are other collectors like you two that we can connect with!!
Even as a woman i feel shy about talking about doll and toy collecting to other adults. Like there will be judgement. I really feel though that kids and adults need hobbies and passions in life. It helps you feel more alive and there are too many half- alive adults out there
Well said! I think so many adults feel judged just walking down that pink aisle but the truth is very few onlookers care. And if they do, it says more about them than the collector. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can relate, as a 40 year old woman sometimes I get a little shy about talking about my dolls with anyone that isn’t a close friend but even some of them I never talk to about it. It’s sad that people are so judgey about what people collect.

I get snickered at for collecting Barbies, but I just own it and feel proud because I have saved so many pitiful thrifted dolls. I love to play with them and dress them. My favorites are the earliest Barbies and up to and including the Generation girls. All so lovely. Wish I had room to display more. I think I have close to 100 Barbies, Kens, and Skippers, plus a few of their friends. But I have also donated about 200 rescued Barbies to children's charities at Christmas time. Love doing it for the kids. Thank you so much for making your videos. I have learned so much from you guys. REALLY! Thank you ever so much!!!

I was not allowed to have dolls as a kid. My biggest doll crush was Jem and the Holograms and one day I bought a Rio doll in secret. I hid the doll under my bed.

Hey there! You should be able to wash with shampoo and lots of conditioner. A boil wash can help but not always necessary ❤️
