I feel a tremendous amount of solidarity with our British brothers. We’re dealing with the exact same nonsense here in the U.S. And the level of cognitive dissonance on behalf of a large portion of the country is depressing. We have an entire political party that has undermined our constitution, has co-opted the MSM into a wing of the DNC in order to flood out blatantly dishonest propaganda. We have radical left wing marxists who open espouse communist ideologies and celebrate their poisonous wokism.
We need to take our countries back.

When our founding fathers mentioned tyranny they were thinking of the British government. Free speech is so strongly protected in the US because of the British government's behaviour. The UK is no longer a free country, and I'm not so sure it has been for a while.

  • @honestjohn6418

He's correct in everything he is saying accept for one thing he has neglected to mention. His party. The British Conservative Party; is a far left Blairite party which increased immigration higher than any Labour administration and they did it after promising to lower it for three consecutive elections. The Orwellian speech laws introduced by Blair were expanded by the Conservative Party. The Conservative Party ushered in the highest public spending since the war and adopted the anti capitalist Green Party, Net Zero policies and been just as supine for Islam and against Christianity. Plus the woke, trans, BLM racial revolution which has legally made minorities 1st class citizens and the natives 2nd all were eitger ignored or welcomed by the Conservative Party.
This geezer is lying by omission.
The riots and potentially worse, are happening now when we've been dealing with mass immigration and horrific migrant violence for 27 years without any backlash. Because on the whole we are a docile lot.
The reason why we are seeing violence now is because we voted for Conservatives for 15 years and got Labour, only boiling the frog a little slower.
The recent migrant violence was the catalyst for an electorate which voted Conservative for less immigration and were betrayed. They gave us much more.
The reaction has more to do with the Conservative Party teaching the electorate that the establishment will not change course. They've taught the English that the ballot box is futile but BLM riots and Islamist violence seems to get results.
The Conservative Party are traitorous and work with Labour, against the indigenous people of England

The British people are victims of the failure of successive governments, over the last 20 years, to show any real desire to tackle the festering immigration problem.
The new Labour administration was elected largely out of frustration with the conservative government.
The conservatives talked the talk but, refused to walk the walk on this issue. They put forward unworkable ideas, knowing full well that they could never put these ideas into practice, whilst they left Britain enthralled to the European Court of Human Rights. This organisation enforces an outdated policy on asylum, brought into being in 1951. This policy was conceived of to deal with European refugee problems caused by world war two. It should have been changed many years ago.
Therefore, the people of the UK protest voted a Labour Government into power.
The mainstream parties refuse to acknowledge this.
They have become so invested in the woke culture of recent decades, that they cannot even discuss yhe issue that has become the elephant in the room.
This is a global problem. Not just s British problem.
Most responsible British people who see this issue as a grave concern, are not right wing racists.
They are concerned about Muslim extremism. The Muslim misogynistic attitude to women worries them.
British women have fought hard to obtain freedom from historic misogyny here.
Why should we import medieval attitudes from Islamist cultures that openly treat women as worse than second class citizens.
Yet, the disaffected British ordinary people observe their own government and its institutions, openly discriminating in favour of this opressive group.
That is how many view the issue.
It will not go away, I fear.

Under existing British law, it's illegal to enter the country without a visa or special permission. That means someone who reaches the UK on a small boat could face up to four years in prison. But people who make the Channel crossing are protected by international law if they claim asylum once they arrive

Article 14 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states: Everyone has the right to seek and enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. The 1951 UN Convention relating to the Status of Refugees elaborates upon this right.

  • @ROMANSv1212
    @ROMANSv1212 26 дней назад

International law imposes specific obligations on states in relation to refugees, including:
Access: Allowing refugees to enter their territory and seek asylum
Non-penalization: Not punishing refugees for crossing borders without authorization or the required documents
Human rights: Ensuring that refugees' basic human rights are protected, respected, and fulfilled
Non-refoulement: Not returning refugees to situations where their lives or freedom are at risk. This is known as the principle of non-refoulement, and is outlined in Article 33 of the 1951 Refugee Convention.
Treatment: Treating refugees according to internationally recognized standards

the UK government, through the Home Office, processes refugees who apply for asylum in the country. The process includes several steps:
    1. Screening interview
The applicant meets with an immigration officer to provide personal details, including fingerprints and a photograph. The officer also checks if the applicant has previously sought asylum in the EU. The applicant receives an application registration card.
    2. Asylum interview
Within a few weeks, the applicant attends a more in-depth interview with a caseworker to explain why they fear persecution in their home country. Applicants may not always have legal representation, and interviews may be delayed to allow them to get legal advice.
    3. Decision
The Home Office decides if the claim can be considered in the UK. The application will be decided as soon as possible, but it may take longer if it's complicated. For example, if supporting documents need to be verified, the applicant needs to attend more interviews, or their personal circumstances need to be checked.
    4. Refugee status
If the government agrees that the applicant meets the definition of a refugee in the Refugee Convention, they will be issued refugee status documentation. Refugees in the UK are usually given five years leave to remain, but they can apply for further leave.
