I like that Mathews came out and called the new bow the V3X kinda hinting that it's like a 2022 version of the V3, not a new bow entirely. Too many bows make the most minute changes and call it brand new.
Yeah, there were a lot of tweaks this year. That being said, I do like the V3X more than the V3--not worth upgrading from a V3, but worth upgrading if you have an older model.
Great testing. All mediums were the same so whichever did what, they all went through the same paces. I appreciate the effort and bringing us these tests. I don’t have a shop close to me where I could do all those tests at a one stop shop. Very much appreciated. I’m waiting for my CP 28 to arrive at my dealer.
Great review. I was surprised the little BT's performance was as good as it was considering that BT's SR350 is on the slow side of it's rated speed. It would be interesting to see which one of these short ata bows groups the most consistent at 30 yards. The short bows can be more challenging to shoot consistent groups with at longer distances, especially if they aren't tuned well. Yeah, but the original mods of the 350 were “off.” They’re sending new ones. But even with those, I was told that the 28 would be faster then the 350 at 27”. It is interesting to see it’s as fast as my SR6, given the IBO of that bow is 352 and the 28 is 335.

I’m going to add some helpful info to your review I think guys can appreciate. Here is the string angle comparisons between each bow. A big miss conception is thinking cam size alone has an effect on string angle and this is simply false. As you can see Mathews has a huge cam but also has TONS of limb tip flex which is the biggest determination of string angle. Hope this sheds some light in this area. Agree - that the Elite is overlooked with the S.E.T technology, It seem to be to be the best system to adjust your bow and better than the BT. Hoyt and Matthews are doing cool things with their bows, but they are forcing users to go to a bow shop that is not practical and usually a waste of time.
Thanks for the great review! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I would like to know the opinion about the new Bear archery Refine Eko, because they are not very popular with reviews.
When I bought my first bow, the salesman told me to buy a bow the way I buy shoes--get one that fits well and feels nice, whatever that means to me. I tried out TONS of bows from every brand, and I ended up with a Bowtech Assassin. I've bought several more bows since then, all of them from Bowtech, but I always try different brands, just to see if they've changed. Bowtech just always feels right to me. I have many friends who feel otherwise, and they shoot all different brands. Fortunately, we can still be friends, despite our widely differing archery preferences.
It all depends on the budget. Check out my vid test of the Sanlida bow you can get on Amazon. That's the lowest price you can get for a bow that's plenty good to hunt with. From that price point, as the price increases, typically the quality does as well.
Great videos! I have regularly used your discount codes and love you videos. Any chance you could tell me what of these flagship bows would be best for 26.5 inch draw? I see everyone test them at 30 inch draws. Or is it not an issue? I hunt whitetail from blinds and tree stands and the occasionally black bear.
Thank you Matthew. I shoot 27"...which is one of the good things about my bow tests. Many short draw guys can't find good reviews. So what works well for me would probably work well for you.
I love my Prime bow and will continue to hunt with it because it's just the best, like your SR6. However I will get another hunting bow soon because I can and it will be a Bowtech.
One question WRT special features. Do you need a press to adjust the Hoyt and Matthews draw length, tune, etc? I would give the nod to the Bowtech then the Elite given the ability to make any and all adjustments in the field with nothing more than an allen and torx wrench.
Always enjoy your bow review videos. I wanted to point out that your speed rating results show the speed for the Envision at the heavier arrow weight compared against the lighter weight arrows for the rest.
Yep. You’re correct. Dang it. It was still the slowest, but I should’ve listed it as 271 and not 255. Thank you! I did list that speed correctly in the Specs in the Description of the video.
@@dsmchristianchurch No problem. Agreed it was the slowest. The draw on the Bowtech and Mathews looked more agressive/stiff. The new hoyts appear to be a good mix of fast, smooth and dead in the hand. I'd like to try a RX-7 ultra but that asking price though. Have a good day!
Fantastic review. Would love to see that test with longer draw. I pull 29.5 and have found that bows that do well with short draw aren't always faster than the others with longer draw.
Awesome review! You are absolutely spot on. I'm no pro or expert by any mean. However, i have to agree with you everything you said except the CP28 hump you mentioned. I saw this video after purchasing my cp28. And in my opinion, the hump on the mathews were much more significant than the bowtech. I was drawing on 26.5" at 60lbs. Not sure if that makes a different. Regardless, Thank you for your review. I learned a few new things today watching this! Keep them coming. If you could do a review on these 4 speeds with shorter draw length and higher grain arrow, that'd be awesome. I'm currently shooting 485 grains arrow but planning on bumping it into 550-600. 😅
I understand that deadlock tuning system is a very important thing to choose bowtech! But for your reactions, the smoothest , comfortable and dead in the hand, was the hoyt! Last year i switch bowtech to hoyt for first time in my life! And the only thing that make me return in another time in future, is the easy tuning system! But since 2 years ago ,hoyt is making smoothest , and deadly in the hand bows on the market! Nice video, thanks for that amazing review!!
All those bows are as dead as the come the difference is negligible, especially once you place a stab on that bow there's no chance of any vibration. 2, he was drawing the bowtech in performance which creates the hump in comfort which is what he shoots the bowtech doesn't have any hump it's completely smooth and everyone knows that! That deadlock system for tuning is just untouchable at the moment. Anyone who works on their own bow knows this.
@@jamescorrea7636 you’re right that deadlock system is a game changer , for that is the only reason, that still thinking back to bowtech in the future! I usually work in my owns bows, and know it! But for many reason, this year a tried hoyt and i’m fine! But still miss bowtech easy tune cam system! In the rest of the bow perfomance hoyts think is a little bit forward!
The difference in vibration isn’t negligible at all. Also, the Hoyt drawing back so smooth/easy compared to others at the same weight is a huge difference maker on those extremely cold mornings or when you need to minimize motion due to exposure. He’s right, the Hoyt is hard to beat right now.
@@user-hu2wf5nq5j brother you clearly haven't shot bowtechs if you're making it seem like Hoyt has the smoothest draw. The solution ss is the smoothest drawing bow that has ever been made hands down. Bowtech knows how to make smooth bows. Put any of those bows in comfort and it's a while nother world. The Hoyt looks really good but you're either saying that because you don't shoot bowtechs or love your hoyts to much. Say it like it is, and the vibration is negligible all top 4 bows have 0 vibration. Mathews Hoyt PSE and bowtech all DEAD in hand. It's almost becoming a useless stat since none of those companies are going to make a bow with more vibration moving forward. They are all dead. That's something for smaller companies at this point.
good review, i really want to try all of them but in my country, we dont get to try them at archery store. Already bought the Solution months ago after watching tons of review video on youtube (including yours of course) and really happy with it. have a great holiday sir
Good video but you did shoot Elite down a little for the overall speed test. 385 gr arrow for the BT, Mathews and Hoyt. 438 gr arrow for the Elite. Makes it look unfairly slower.
Yes, that has been pointed out quite a few times. My bad. I switched the speeds in that comment. Thank you for pointing out that mistake. I did write it correctly in the Spec Sheet in the Description. As you note, it was still the slowest...but not that slow.
Excellent review. I shot the SR 350 and I'm waiting to test the X80. I've been hunting with my SR6 which i absolutely love, but I may buy a new bowtech. I might wait until next year though
Yeah, hard to beat the SR6. It's a unicorn for speed and ease of draw, especially at lower draw lengths. I'm keeping mine. I haven't tested the 350s with the correct mods yet; they still haven't shipped to us yet.
In order to compare apples to apples you need to set the Elite at 80% letoff to get IBO. You listed the Elite at 255 for the lighter arrow. Should be 271. Very good review.
Thanks Walter. Many people have pointed that mistake out. And I'm glad they did. I go over all the numbers many times, but just missed that mistake. Thank you.
Gotta eat a hooter shooter for draw force curve numbers and accuracy and speed tests. People want to know how much resistance bows have as they are drawn. Great review here John. Lots of work!
Thanks Tim. I have looked into getting a Hooter Shooter, but I don't have a place to set it up and leave it up and be able to shoot broadheads at distance.
What you think about the built of the deadlock system parts on the limb tips? I mean do you trust them as a durable fixing? May be some fine steel lamination is built inside the Gordon glass limb tips to add more holding strength? I don't know what to think. It doesn't look as a durable built to me. The idea is great, but that's all. Please give us your opinion. Thanks for the honest video.
I chose the v3x because the shoot ability, balance, dead in hand and most accurate for me. Along with a lot of other things and The accuracy being the main reason.
Yep, I mistakingly switched the speeds of the heavier & lighter set up in that comment. So sorry about that. Many have pointed it out, which I appreciate. I do my best to check all the numbers but somehow missed that one. I did record it correctly during the speed test and in the spec summary sheet in the description. I did comment on the SET Technology of the Elite.
I'm totally surprised by this. Because everlasting about hoyt and elite making the biggest changes and all ppl I see on here luv hoyt !!! My 1st bow was a bowtech 25 yrs ago. Then I stopped hunting and everything for 20 years. With having 4 kids and wife I decided last year I'm getting a budget bow!! So I bought the diamond infinite edge pro because it was what I could afford!!! It's a good bow but it brought that itch back and I now realize what my father told 25 years ago you get what you pay for!! And I got a real strong feeling that bowtech cp28 gonna be on my wall this month
Need to get my hands on the bowtech 28 ( only wish shorter braceheight) but been waiting for bowrech to come out with shorter ATA for 5 years. I’m still using my Insanity for bast 9 years…
The FPS for the Elite was posted incorrectly in your rankings section, FYI. You posted the heavier arrow in the lighter arrow category. Great job though!
Enjoyed the video ! After bow season I sold my Elite ritual 30 and purchased a revolt x. I just can’t get used to it, it just doesn’t seem to have the umph I’m used to. Today I went and shot the new Elite envision and the CP28. Both bows are awesome and it makes it a hard choice between the two. However I can say that between the revolt X I have and the CP28, it’s like a night and day difference. It’s a hard choice to make but I believe I’m gonna go with the CP28.
That's a good question. Smooth doesn't necessarily mean easiest. The easiest was the CP28 on Comfort, then the Ventum Pro and the Elite, then the Mathews and the CP28 on Performance.
You touched your nose to the string on the Hoyt and not the Mathews is the string angle a little steep on the Mathews ? Or was the draw length different or just not thinking about it?
Usually really like your reviews , but considering your a bowtech guy I kinda knew this review would go this way , I think you were cutting the elite a little short when talking about special features , you failed to mention there set technology which is basically accomplishing the same as the bowtech lock down that you raved about. Also you posted the wrong speed number for the elite on the 383grn arrow. That being said still appreciate all the time and effort you put in to provide consumers with valuable information. Love your broadhead tests and would love to know in your experience what has been the best flying fixed blade at 50 plus yards.
Thank you for the comments. Several others have made those same comments re the Elite's tuning feature and the incorrect speed number. I appreciate the clarification. I do a lot of research and editing and do the best I can to be fair and thorough, but I do make mistakes. But I do want to say, I'm not really a Bowtech guy. I've owned Bear, Parker, and many Hoyts over the years. The first Bowtech I ever bought was 3 yrs ago...and I've loved it. I actually went into the shop to buy a Hoyt RX3 (?) that year, but walked out with a Bowtech SR6. I couldn't believe how much smoother & faster it was, at my draw length. Bowtech has made some great strides in recent years and for my draw length, they've really shined. I really didn't want to like the CP28 as much as I did cause I feared people would think "I'm a Bowtech guy" just like you said. But the same sense of fairness that I strive to have in all my broadhead tests and bow tests made me conclude I had to name the CP28 the winner this year. Re the best flying fixed blade head: Several really forgiving ones; the smaller the surface area, the better the flight, generally speaking. But I don't like a tiny cut, so some of the ones that have a decent sized cut but are still extremely forgiving in flight: Tooth of the Arrow 1", B3 Fixed blade, Muzzy Trocar, Slick Trick SS1, to name a few. Really, pretty much every fixed blade head flies great for me...but everyone's bows and arrows are not like mine. So those are some of the more forgiving ones out of any bow.
Something odd regarding the sound test...though Mathews measured the loudest, when listening to them on this video, Mathews seemed the quietest. Testing sound in an indoor environment can cause all kinds of sound distortion from echos, from capturing the sound of arrow impact, etc., I'd recommend moving outdoors for future testing so you can move the target away from the meter and eliminate some the echos and the other sound distortions.
Thanks Ross. I do account for ambient noise--and have both the meter and the editing software that shows the peaks of sound levels too. But really, a sound proof chamber is needed to provide a true reading.
Yes, I realized that. Dang it. Not sure how I missed that. It was still the slowest...but not that slow :) I had it written correctly in the Description with each of the bow's specs. Thank you for pointing that out.

@@LuskArcheryAdventuresthank you . I agree only fault I have found was string damper on the rod is coming apart I've shot mine about 40 times since I've had it in less than a week. It's like the material is softer then normal bow shop is getting me a new one and asking hoyt about it .
It looks like you put the elite 435 grain speed( 255) in the graphic, and the rest were the 385 grain arrow. Your scene for the elite showed 271 with a 385 grain arrow . Is there a reason for that or was it just an error?
Yes, I realized that. Dang it. Not sure how I missed that. It was still the slowest...but not that slow :) I had it written correctly in the Description with each of the bow's specs. Thank you for pointing that out.
Definitely don’t wanna make accusations, but I’ve been doing my due diligence on a bow purchase and this is the first review where the Mathew’s wasn’t quieter buy 3-5 decibels. Let alone the loudest. Just curious how that happened. Good review though. Appreciate the content!
I’m a bit skeptical on the decibel test. I would test outside. Maybe I’m biased but Mathews has always been known for their quiet and dead in the hand bows. It’s just surprising to see Mathews last in that particular test.
The ambient noise outside there is WAY more erratic due to a nearby highway. I was the only person in the shop at that time and the ambient noise was very consistent. I ran the tests a few times.
Yeah, I believe so. My SR6 was the first bow to get me to leave Hoyt (which I also love)...and this is the first bow to get me to upgrade since the SR6.
Great reviews!! Being a lefty it is hard to get the opportunity to shoot all the news bows. I do have the V3x 33 and I like it but it’s just a harder pull than my vxr 31.5. I gave it to my son for Christmas lol. He loves it. I do love the vxr 31.5 but my favorite bow is the Hoyt Ventum 33. It’s a little heavy but the draw cycle is so so smooth. Being Almost 60 that’s my biggest thing lol. Especially on those cold mornings. Thinks again for your reviews!👍
I'm a lefty too. It does come with it's challenges. I agree, the Hoyt Ventum is going to be the one to beat this year. Hoyt hit a home run with this one.
Thank you. I actually have a very expensive mic. I was just in that alley way with other people talking nearby. I didn't like the way the audio turned out either. Thanks for the feedback.

There are a lot of things I like about them, but at my draw length, the draws typically feel about 5 lbs heavier. I will say this one was the best I've tested yet, of all the other Mathews.
Because they have a mod being shipped now, to get it to the proper speeds. The first mod was slower than expected. It wasn't supposed to arrive until Monday, and I had to do the vid before I left for Christmas.
Well, as I said in the video, I was only testing the 2022 bows that were in this shop. Bear didn't have any new bows in the shop. I have included Bear in past tests, when they were there, and I hope to test them in the future.
Alway enjoy your no nonsense appraisals John (typical engineer lol) I was pretty underwhelmed with the Mathews when I shot it. Yes, it has the nifty rest mount, yes it has the cool sight mount but in my opinion (and what do I know lol) module based bows are a pain. It all depends on the budget. Check out my vid test of the Sanlida bow you can get on Amazon. That's the lowest price you can get for a bow that's plenty good to hunt with. From that price point, as the price increases, typically the quality does as well.
I like the ventum pro. Wanted one but couldn't find one so ended up with the ntn
Very good.
Thanks for this John! Hope to see you try the SR350 soon
I'd sure like to. Waiting on the proper mods to be sent.
Great review. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Merry Christmas John & may God bless you and your family with happiness, health and good spirits...
Thank you Jerry. Same to you my friend.
@@LuskArcheryAdventures Happy New Year 2. You & your family,,,may it be SAFE, prosperous, and filled with many whitetail in the freezer. God Bless.
Love the Revolt, I’m at 28 inch draw, 70#, but I want a BowTech with a little larger ATA
Yep. I understand that.
There is what looking for ! It’s called 45magnum
Can you do this for the 2023 bows?
I sure want to. Haven't had the chance yet.
Picking up a rx7 ultra this week, hope it's worth the money, I just like how hoyt is on my shoulder,
Nice bows.
I love my Prime bow and will continue to hunt with it because it's just the best, like your SR6. However I will get another hunting bow soon because I can and it will be a Bowtech.
Very good.
One question WRT special features. Do you need a press to adjust the Hoyt and Matthews draw length, tune, etc? I would give the nod to the Bowtech then the Elite given the ability to make any and all adjustments in the field with nothing more than an allen and torx wrench.
That ease of tuning is a huge advantage of the Elite & Bowtech.
Just replying from this channel as well, so RUclips knows I replied :) Thanks again.
Fantastic review. Would love to see that test with longer draw. I pull 29.5 and have found that bows that do well with short draw aren't always faster than the others with longer draw.
Thank you!
Great video!
Thank you
Awesome review!
Thank you Bao.
@@user-hu2wf5nq5j my 50% bowhunting time is in the night on the treestand… i’m so glad with that smooth draw!!
Very good. Thank you!
I wish the PSE Levitate was apart of this! But amazing review and breakdowns!!
Thank you. They weren’t in stock when I did the vid
Excellent review. I shot the SR 350 and I'm waiting to test the X80. I've been hunting with my SR6 which i absolutely love, but I may buy a new bowtech. I might wait until next year though
The X80 is very nice, definitely my pick in that weight range.
Yeah, hard to beat the SR6. It's a unicorn for speed and ease of draw, especially at lower draw lengths. I'm keeping mine. I haven't tested the 350s with the correct mods yet; they still haven't shipped to us yet.
I haven't shot either one yet but all the reviews I've seen actually have the SR6 performing faster than the sr350
@@BOOMER-rs5qn it is actually faster. I just wish the SR6 had dead lock
I'd like to see your opinion of the Bear Whitetail Legend Pro. It has the EKO cams, 30" ata, 6.625" brace height, and is under $600.
Sorry, I haven't tested it. But if it feels good in your hands, I'm sure it will work fine for you.
Love the videos, keep it up. I go to Archery field and sports all the time, maybe I will run into you there sometime.
Nice! Thank you. Please introduce yourself if you do see me.
A bow you guys should check out is the APA king Cobra! Just got one last year! I love it!
I have tested a couple APAs...you can see those tests here on my channel.
It sure seems very durable to me. And over the last couple years they've had it out, I've not heard anything otherwise.
@@LuskArcheryAdventures Good to hear that. Thank you sir.
I chose the v3x because the shoot ability, balance, dead in hand and most accurate for me. Along with a lot of other things and The accuracy being the main reason.
Nice!
You might want to get the speed right on the elite 255 was with the 430 grain arrow. Also the elite also has the adjustable like the bowtech.
Which bow do you feel is the most forgiving for accuracy?
Hard to test that...as personal feel & fit is the biggest variable amongst top quality bows.
Thanks for the comment.
Tried them all Hoyt seems overall best to me
Nice. I really liked the Hoyt. If I didn't have to possibly use shims to tune it, I may have chosen it.
Excuse me need correction… I have not tried the bowtech 28 yet. So of the other Hoyt Mathew’s elite… Hoyt seemed best….
Yep. Thank you. Quite a few people have pointed that out; I appreciate it.
Thanks for sharing that. Each person has to choose the bow that feels right for them.
This comment is funny! I literally have an Elite Ritual 30 but I’m thinking I want the solution SS.
Which pulled back the easiest? Did very smooth mean easier?
That's a good question. Smooth doesn't necessarily mean easiest. The easiest was the CP28 on Comfort, then the Ventum Pro and the Elite, then the Mathews and the CP28 on Performance.
@@LuskArcheryAdventures I didn't like that hump on the 28.
You touched your nose to the string on the Hoyt and not the Mathews is the string angle a little steep on the Mathews ? Or was the draw length different or just not thinking about it?
Yeah, the Mathews was 1/3" longer. I could still touch it, but it did take a tiny bit more effort.
Just bought the sr350 still getting used to it, but I like it so far, but ya that performance mode will suprise you if you aren't ready
Right? It's fast...and you feel it in the draw.
@@LuskArcheryAdventures ya shooting 315 with 380 grain arrows
You should add Prime to your test as well.
I would if the shop carried them. Nearest dealer is over 2 hours away.
@@LuskArcheryAdventures it’s worth the drive. I was blown away by them this year.
But really, a sound proof chamber is needed to provide a true reading.
your number for the Elite speed shooting 385 grn arrow was 271 not 255 as listed on your ranking
Yes, I realized that. Dang it. Not sure how I missed that. It was still the slowest...but not that slow :) I had it written correctly in the Description with each of the bow's specs. Thank you for pointing that out.
I believe that Every +3db in sound is essentially twice as loud...!!!!!
I believe an extra 3 dB doubles the sound intensity, but it takes an extra 10 dB before a sound is perceived to be twice as loud.
Do you verify the draw weights and draw lengths?
Yep. The Mathews was set at 27" but was about .3'' longer.
Dang, the Cams on the Matthews are as big as your head!
They are pretty big!
You got the the Elite speed wrong in your results. It was 271, not 255 with the lighter arrow
Yes, I realized that. Dang it. Not sure how I missed that. It was still the slowest...but not that slow :) I had it written correctly in the Description with each of the bow's specs. Thank you for pointing that out.
I add moleskin to the cable draw stop on the Elites. Takes away that "tick" sound.
Good tip.
Just remember Mathews draw a half inch long witch mean 5ft. We tested it so take that in consideration
Yeah, I tested that this time and made sure they were identical.
How do we contact you for some cool new products coming out.

Athens Vista for the win! Smoother, better balanced then these flagship bows and far cheaper.
I wish there was one I could test nearby.
PSE Levitate? Would have certainly shaken things up a bit...!
They hadn’t come into the shop yet
Love my hoyt ventum 30 pro
Great bow.
@@LuskArcheryAdventures no worries, hope you and your family have a merry christmas
Definitely don’t wanna make accusations, but I’ve been doing my due diligence on a bow purchase and this is the first review where the Mathew’s wasn’t quieter buy 3-5 decibels. Let alone the loudest. Just curious how that happened. Good review though. Appreciate the content!
Interesting. Thanks for watching & sharing your thoughts. That’s just the reading I got…and I check them a few times.
I’m a bit skeptical on the decibel test. I would test outside. Maybe I’m biased but Mathews has always been known for their quiet and dead in the hand bows. It’s just surprising to see Mathews last in that particular test.
Yes, you are biased 🤓
The ambient noise outside there is WAY more erratic due to a nearby highway. I was the only person in the shop at that time and the ambient noise was very consistent. I ran the tests a few times.
Are you going with the the CP 28 this year!? Great video as always. Thanks for sharing
Yeah, I believe so. My SR6 was the first bow to get me to leave Hoyt (which I also love)...and this is the first bow to get me to upgrade since the SR6.
Is 255fps enough for moose?
Thank you Marlon.
Well done
Thanks Jack.
Lusk! excellent videos the only thing lacking is audio quality. Please get a good mic and you'll be 10/10 all day!
Thank you. I actually have a very expensive mic. I was just in that alley way with other people talking nearby. I didn't like the way the audio turned out either. Thanks for the feedback.
Throw the Gearhead bow on the wall into the test!! I've wondered how it feels to have the grip so far rearward.
The shop owner loves those. I've wanted to interview him about them. That would be a good vid.
that reaction at 6:06 😮

Darton always underrated!
Well, I didn't have any of those to test.
Hoyt stole my name! 🤣

Great review as usual! Was pretty sure you would pick Bowtech or Hoyt as your #1, but really like that you went over most features of every bows. Can’t wait to see new 2022 Broadheads test! Merry Christmas to your and your family!!!
Thank you Simon! Same to you brother.
Messed up on the arrow speeds. Elite was 271 not 255
Yes, thanks Brad. I was so bummed to have missed that. I reviewed all the numbers over & over. Quite a few people have commented on that, which I appreciate.

Least favorite of all of the bows to date have been Matthews. Great review as always.
There are a lot of things I like about them, but at my draw length, the draws typically feel about 5 lbs heavier. I will say this one was the best I've tested yet, of all the other Mathews.
From the price point and performance the Hoyt torrex XT is the winner
Those are great bows.
Why didn't you use the bowtech SR350 in this test it's the #1 flagship bow for 2022
Because they have a mod being shipped now, to get it to the proper speeds. The first mod was slower than expected. It wasn't supposed to arrive until Monday, and I had to do the vid before I left for Christmas.
Mathew’s, hands down has and will always be a better bow.
Funny. They're all good, it's just a matter of what's best for you.
No PSE or Prime??
Saw your other comment first :)
I’m still shooting my 08 bowtech guardian. These new bows don’t seem to be much more advanced.
There are some decent advances, but bows like yours still get the job done very well.
I shot the V3X and I thought the same thing pulling back, it gets really tight before the cam fully turns over. Like really really tight…
Yep. Thanks for sharing that.
Everyone always leaves out the Bear. I don’t get it.
Well, as I said in the video, I was only testing the 2022 bows that were in this shop. Bear didn't have any new bows in the shop. I have included Bear in past tests, when they were there, and I hope to test them in the future.
@@LuskArcheryAdventures I didn’t mean you specifically. I meant everyone that reviews bows.

That's funny. Never heard that before :)
I went with the Mathews they just always seem to be one step above the rest
Lol
They are great bows; to each his own :)
Now I still shoot my OG PSE Xpedite and haven't upgraded yet but the Bowtech lineup is strongly tempting this year. Question is are you thinking of the new Bowtech for your many hunting adventures this year John?
Thanks brother. Yeah, I'm probably going to get the CP28
I understand why Hanes and Rogan shoot the heavy weights. 27” DL produces dreadful speeds…
Yep...it's a challenge for us shorter draw shooters.
