Did you readjusted the angle of your rear diff with adjustable rear controle arms. Also are you going to add adjustable upper controle arms at the front?
Hi Richard, great question. The Dobinson 2” kit came with rear diff extensions. If you only go 2” lift, you don’t need upper control arms. But any higher, then the angle starts to come in play and upper control arms are required. Cheers hope that helps.
@@kevinlaing2273 i saw a youtube video where a guy raised the front 3n2 in the back. The angle of the rear diff was 3 degrees. And with adjustable controle arms at the back he fixed the angle back to 0. But i will consider your answer. Thanks
Hey Rob. I would say in 4WD it makes it stiffer but that normal. When you disengage it to 2wd, I actually stop, place it in nutural and then back into drive for it to disengage out of 4WD.
I think these mechanics mistakenly placed the side of the tires on the wheels going outside and inside! Please check this. ... I also have AT + and I know exactly what the outer and inner side of the tires are. Pay attention to the labels. If I'm in the plow you'll have to turn all the tires again and fit them properly.
@@michaellanyon7320 cheers mate. I actually went to do a video on a trip out to Blacksmith beach on Australia Day, but when we arrive there we 100’s of people with 4wds who had the same idea for a trip to the beach. Oh well next trip. I’ll have a video soon on my side awning. 👌
Hey mate, just ensure they stay within the guards, if they hang out, you will need flares. The 275’s just fit in my guards, but depends on what plus or minus your off set on your wheels are will depend on if the will hang out of your guards or not. 👍🏼

Hey Brent, with the 20" wheels and 2" lift, from ground to the roof is 190cm. Standard comes out at 179cm. So basically 10cm's all up from standard. The Nav came with 18" wheels stock. Hope this helps mate

Hey Jehan With the Navara and standard wheels and tyres, you will be down to about 7.3ltrs per 100klm. Have you noticed it’s a lot stiffer you drive off-road with the 20s as ive tried mine , also it takes a while to engage back into 2wd

I think it’s because unsealed roads and tries to wind up tbh as the back wheel locks aswell

Did the rear height change much after the lift? I've read from the series 3 and up the stock rear springs are a bit higher than pre series 3
Hey, thank for the post, yes it did lift and got about 48 to 50mm lift from it from stock to the 2” lift 👍🏼
