Saying Goodbye Is So Hard

One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was say goodbye to a little boy who I called son. Nicolas came into our home and captured a piece of our hearts. If you read Bryan's Blog then you will know the ups and downs that we went through with this magical little boy. Nicolas originally came to us like any other foster child. We got the call in the middle of the night and were told that a 12 month old was in need of a safe place to land and so,...out the door we went to pick up this sweet little boy. He came to us with 2 ear infections and a cold that made him scream all night the first week that he was in our home. Fast forward a year and a half and we have fallen in love with little Nikolas. But now its time to say goodbye :O( I
