You keep falling out of the Titanic and can’t figure out why that „butt grip“ isn’t working for you?
Seemingly invisible contact points are like magic on the pole.
The Titanic looks simple but it's a tough one to nail down. Small „details“ play a big role and different body types struggle differently.
To unlock the illusion, we’ll condition our legs to grip firmly, and our back to arch actively.
✓ Prerequisites: Solid leg hangs and Superman. Lower back flexibility is a plus.
✓ Static + Spinning

Daaaaang Miglena!!! You're on fire! I love these moves and the grace with which you perform them. I also love that I already have confidence that you can explain how to break this all down in a way I can understand. So exciting!! :)
Aww Thanks babe! Glad you like the moves and you‘re interested in learning them
Very enjoyable to watch... I never thought twice about that move.. but now I'm intrigued 😮
Haha You‘re welcome. Titanic deserves the attention
You are truly a master of your art and one of my favourite teachers, so graceful, you get to such detail, I love and appreciate your work! You helped me nail cross knee release years ago and you still continue to be am inspiration till today :)
Awww Thanks for your heart warming words 🥹 Glad to know that my videos helped you in the past and they keep inspiring you. Hope to continue that for long
tell me you're in australia without telling me you're in australia..... a whole studio full of brass poles !! 🤩😍😂
Exaaaactly! Hahah
Interesting! I've never been there- is it because of the climate? In central Europe chrome and stainless steel are most popular.
@@katd7716 Not sure, but here are my theories. The main reason is probably the humid climate, although not everywhere in Australia is humid. Melbourne where I am now is dry. Spinning is the main mode, rarely static is used. On spinning you need firmer contact points and brass is stickier. But it might be also be that a studio or so established it and everyone else just adopted it. Or maybe it‘s because it looks prettier hahah
beautiful positions💫
Thabks lovely
