I used Google sheets and created a pie chart in a dashboard sheet that pulls data from another sheet, similar to what you have shown in the video. But after downloading the excel file, I am no more able to see the pie chart in that sheet. Could you please help me know the reason for this?
I copied and pasted my slicer on another sheet with the chart. The chart works with the previous sheet slicer, and the pasted slicer does nothing. Any idea why ?

OMG! People are literally doing back-flips and summersaults- having heart attacks and breaking body parts (spending hours)- to do what you just did in less than 5 minutes!!! Did I say OMG!!!
don't need to be on the same tab. That's why in the video you can see how she copy-and-paste them across different tabs but the "Dataset" so called the "source" on which the Slicer and Pivot tables are based need to be the same..

Does the slicer an pivot table need to be on the same tab?
The data they're based on needs to be the same dataset (the same columns of the same sheet) support.google.com/docs/answer/9245556?hl=en
