I don't recall Bitterblack having a whole lot of guitar riffs in it. Especially compared to what was already in Dragon's Dogma 1, which was guitar riffs all over the place.

I think it's randomized but more likely to hear it on monsters specific to DD2 like the minotaur, dullahan.
