MAKE SPACE FOR LUSHNESS
● Crystalline is a state-of-the-art reverb plugin with a pristine and modern sound
● Gives you unprecedented creative control to shape your reflections
● Lets you sync reverb start and decay times to your song’s tempo
● An evolution of legendary 20th century studio reverb - fully upgraded for today A STUDIO REVERB FOR THE CURRENT ERA A ‘perfect algorithmic reverb’ is often considered the holy grail of audio effects. In fact, the concept can be traced all the way back to research papers from the 1960s. Throughout the 20th century, algorithmic reverbs evolved thanks to companies like EMT and Lexicon. But scarce computing power generally forced manufacturers to work within limited constraints. Fast forward, and we now have the resources to do things that couldn’t be done during the golden age of studio reverbs. Both in terms of sheer sound quality. But also in terms of adding creative features that weren’t possible in the hardware days. Crystalline stands on the shoulders of 60 years of chasing ‘the holy grail of DSP’. We’ve asked ourselves what the pioneers of classic reverbs would have done if they had the resources we have today. And then we’ve made exactly that plugin. With all the bells and whistles a modern engineer would need.
Crystalline comes loaded with a wide selection of presets to get you started.
CHASING 'THE PERFECT ARTIFICIAL SPACE'
When we’re talking reverbs, there are two fundamental philosophies: One tries to mimic the sound of a real physical space - while the other seeks to create an artificial space from an algorithm, free from the constraints of the natural world. The idea of an algorithmic reverb was
first conceived in the 1960s - and evolved over the following decades, redefining the sound of modern music with every new technology leap (and improved memory chip).
Crystalline follows in the tradition of legendary algorithmic reverbs but adds new features and higher fidelity thanks to modern computer power. It is meant to sound unreal - in the most positive sense of the word. Its rooms and halls won’t sound like those in your house - but closer to those of your dreams!

Great review. Sound really good.
Thank you Niclas! It’s a great plugin.💥
Thanks Daniel. These modern user interfaces are really growing on me. Simple and intuitive. The reverb is very nice indeed. Though I will sit on this for a while cause I have so many reverbs lol.
Yeah, this one is a beauty! I understand what you mean though about having lots of verbs. The thing I really appreciate about this one is it’s versatility.
@@ComposerDanielWillett the link in the description is not working. It's just text, not a link. Maybe you can pin the actual link in the comments section
@@ELLIOT8209 Thank you! I just fixed it!

Awesome! It’s such a great verb! 💥
Great demo 🙏❤
Thank you! 😀
Just bought it with your link 🙏❤
Your plosives are quite noticeable. Where is the foam wind screen for the SM7B? You need to put it back on. 😎
Add this plugin to the chain and then run it into BABY AUdio's Spaced Out OMFG it'll be bonkers!!!!!
😀💥 Ill have to try that! I already used 2 instances of Crystalline on different settings on a choir thing and it was amazing!
hi, I have two questions to ask. I state that I mainly write orchestral and electronic music and I don't have great skills in terms of effects applied to the mix. The only reverb I use sparingly is valhalla room. In this sense, does Cristalline have any obvious advantages over valhalla room? Second: when a vst already has its own reverb (SA vst teach) does it make sense to use another reverb? Obviously I am referring to a non "creative" use (as a sound designer, so to speak). Tks
I love Valhalla Room! The thing is that for the most part Crystalline can do what Valhalla does, but Valhalla Room can’t do all of what Crystalline does. Crystalline is going to do organic sounds and plate sounds better than Valhalla. Crystalline can pretty much do any sound. Where Valhalla shines is for big, dreamy, and other worldly sounds. The one thing that Valhalla does better is super long modulated decay.
Ok here's my question. I just purchased just the Crystaline Baby audio. I put the Vst's in Cake walk. I opened up the VST within Cakewalk. From there I'm confused. I tried different sounds but hear nothing on my speakers or headphones. What am I doing wrong?
Hard to say. I’m not a Cakewalk user. Maybe try some Cakewalk forums.
7:41 David Hollister? I hope that is part of the new The Chi R&B supergroup
His name is Hagin Henderson. You can find him on Spotify. Amazing voice!
@@ComposerDanielWillett Thank you, bud. I"m on it now!
What this like on CPU? Ive been using Raum but it eats it up
I have found it to be pretty light! 😊
Nice review.
Dude you look like Tom Holland 😄💥
Thanks! Haha, I’ve never heard that one. 😀
Wow, how did you get Tom Holland for the thumbnail?
