I have the Dewalt DCR028b and I’m completely satisfied with all its functions. It checks all the boxes; price,size,BT,am-fm radio, sound, power sources. Great review on your 3 job site radios.
Just bought the newest version of the Bosch today. They added a shelf inside of the media bay for your phone to sit in when charging or using an aux cord!
I actually own the dcr010 and I'm pretty happy with it. I'm impressed by it's audio quality for a speaker it's size. I took my warehouse job and it lasted the whole shift on one 2ah battery and still had juice at the end
I have the Bosch and like the ability to charge tool batteries, unplug it from AC and it goes seamlessly to battery power, I use the 120v outlets all the time. I can connect BT to a computer in the house and use the radio in the shed about 100' away. It really is a great radio. I bought the display unit and 2 new batteries that came with for $50 at Lowe's.
I'm a security guard at Lowe's. I also bought mine from their. Believe it or not the store's garden has a DeWalt playing out there. Liked how it sounded and stumbled across the Bosch. At 1st I purchased a craftsman one took back and now I have the GPB18V-5CN HD
I enjoyed watching this review on these three machines. My critique is partially based on the fact that you can't really compare apples to apples here since the three units do things differently. The Db test was especially flawed since the De Walt and the Milwaukee had front firing speakers aimed directly at the microphone. The Bosch had its tweeters firing 45 degrees off axis and as a result, you're going to get less SPL than the other two. The advantage of the Bosch is that you're getting 360 degree distribution of sound which neither of the other units can compete with. With the subwoofer firing down, it's depending on reflection to get the lower tones out to the ear, but at least it distributes the bass equally in all directions albeit dependent upon how hard the surface is to reflect the bass. Shag carpet underneath it would pretty much act like a sponge.......lol. I saw one of these Bosch units in a pawn shop with its share of paint spills and scuffing on it. They wanted $75 for it. It was tempting, but I don't like having to carry my phone in my pocket when I'm working on the car or doing yard work. The Bosch unit I currently have is an older generation that relied on the NiCad batteries and had a CD player in it and a remote that stored in the top handle. The twin speakers had small separate tweeters and fired forward only. IT does what I need it to and I spent the $$ on one of those 3D plastic battery adapters so I can use the Lithium 4.0 Bosch battery. The power outlets have GFCI protection which this new model doesn't seem to have......not sure why. I'll quit rambling now, but if all I was after was a bluetooth speaker, I'd spend the bucks on a Klipsch and get some real sound out of it.
I have The Milwaukee M 12 it’s Bluetooth a.m. FM charge is my battery USB it has auxiliary and that radio sounds awesome what did not do the Milwaukee any justice on this video was raising the treble all the way up that’s what causes the distortion but all in all great review and yes you can play music through the USB on this Milwaukee And if I’m correct it will charge your battery if you are plugged into power keep up the great work Mastering Mayhem
I wish Dewalt had made that model a radio as well. It’s the perfect size for a radio all the other Dewalt models are annoyingly big. I have the tough system radio and whilst it’s sound is amazing the size bothers me all the time.
I don't need to go 150 feet for my Bluetooth. Don't really need radio either, but everything else Bosch has to offer I'm with it also the dam thing bump. I have the GPB18v-5cn HD
I personally think jobsite speakers / radios are a waste of money. I use a little tiny bluetooth speaker/ similar to a beats pill. And this thing thumps! Bluetooth and everything!
Awesome video 📹👏👌 well explained everything, a lot of details 👏 good energy (as someone else said in the comments) ..!! Thank you ..!!! Have a great day everyone..!!!
@@landshark6659 dude please let me know, is that step up better? I bought this tiny dewalt one tonight for 119.99 at Home Depot, cranked it up and even my five year old was like “turn it up more daddy!”
@@zachzinck5008 YES The DCR028B is so much better you will be happier i have it hanging in my garage and i can hear it from the mail box return the other one
I agree. Not sure why the reviewer jacked up the tone controls. A better test would've been to leave the bass and treble in the flat position and the distortion issues would be different.
I LIKED THE BOSCH SOUND BETTER BUT NOT THE PRICE. WHEN YOU CAN GET 3 DEWALT SPEAKERS FOR JUST A LITTLE MORE MONEY THAN THE BOSCH. 2 DEWALT TO ONE MILWAUKEE. I STILL THINK I WOULD RATHER HAVE A NORMAL RADIO OR STEREO !!!!
Thats hella funny. Your "No Bluetooth" sound effect on the Milwaukee Thats too bad.. seems like the Milwaukee falls a lil short! The plastic on the Milwaukee tools seem to be a little tougher than the plastic on Dewalt tools. But overall theyre both pretty close in quality
I worked in construction for 3.5 months. Very miserable job, just matching the qualities of my bosses. No one ever played music in that place, it was awful. 8 hours in that place felt like 16.
Ahaha woo-hoo 😄 🤣 😆 lmao love you bro you crack me up love the channel im always here never miss a vid and always hit that 👍 ive tried to help the channel as much as I can monetary support helps and hope soon you can just stay home with the fam and keep the vids coming much love from thibs construction and from my fam to yours
I was showing the speakers that were in different price points. They comparison was not to be fair but to know what your getting for a price point. 🙂✌️❤️

Too much bass on Milwaukee go minus 1 on bass and it sounds great you can turn bass up if you listen to low bro come on now you know this and that is not the good Milwaukee radio the one with the charger and Bluetooth is the one I have and when you set the eq it sounds really good what I do is turn it all the way up deffinatly treble all the way up at all times turn radio to full blast and have the eq on and turn down bass until it is crisp when you are listening to the radio at low volume turn it up to hear the thump with no distortion but at full volume you have to turn the bass down think about it if your I. Your car and have the bass on the radio up it will sound like shit and probably blow the speakers 🔊
Should have called this a Dewalt advertistement, hahahaha. You're not even acknowledging everything that the other 2 do in your conculsion, just raving about DeWalt nonsense.
Milwaukee wants to make sure you also lose your phone when someone steals your radio. lol
😂
Why is your phone in it when not in use?
Bluetooth is a no go for the Milwaukee. It's 2021 blue tooth is a must. Can't leave a cellphone around especially on a job site.

Mine was $219 without a battery!
Can you run the outlets on battery?

Literally
Great video. I love my Dewalt bluetooth speaker, it is great when I am working on my vehicles.the perfect size and sound
Want no distortion on most audio equipment - do not max out bass & treble adjustments, they're there to slightly adjust sound to your liking.
I don't need to go 150 feet for my Bluetooth. Don't really need radio either, but everything else Bosch has to offer I'm with it also the dam thing bump. I have the GPB18v-5cn HD
Good show!! Appreciated brother!!

Black and Yellow for the win 🤓👍. Anyone else waiting for the Bosch to either double as a drone or turn into a Transformer? 🤖
If you listened to the Bosch you would donate the yellow/black to homeless folks... And I'm 100% a Milwaukee ma✌️✌️
Keep up the good work and keep having fun but maybe stop dancing LOL
Dewalt has a radio on the same line as the other two. Also Milwaukee has a Bluetooth speaker similar to the dewalt.
I was thinking the same thing. I don’t think all models were comparable enough to make a just review
Why here in Australian they are selling the bosch radio without bluetooth connectivity ? How com some has?
Awesome video 📹👏👌 well explained everything, a lot of details 👏 good energy (as someone else said in the comments) ..!!
Thank you ..!!! Have a great day everyone..!!!
I'm a bit surprised that the Bosch didn't have a little more kick.
Me too
Alright DEWALT didn't let me down, thanks MM for your information and video 📹I appreciate you
That dewalt was nice I’m liking it!!
GET THIS ONE Model #DCR028B

That dewalt with the 12 and 20 is nice
As always a great video 👍🏻👍🏻✌🏻
So you could just plug in the cord in the Dewalt to a wall to use it ? no need for batteries ? I Would use it in a welding shop
Thank you. This information is helpful.
Always one button down from half way with bass and treble all the way up, bass destroys speakers
I agree. Not sure why the reviewer jacked up the tone controls. A better test would've been to leave the bass and treble in the flat position and the distortion issues would be different.
Which one is more clear tho I really don’t care about loud ness as long as it’s clean clear audio

Love team yellow!! Great review brotha!!!
Model #DCR028B IS BETTER
I want radio and blue tooth. I use the Dewalt and works great but is large and heavy.
The 12volt Milwaukee dose Bluetooth and radio and both d/c and 12 volt battery.
SO DOES THIS Model #DCR028B
If its not the packout radio from Milwaukee I don't want it. They haven't came out with a new speaker in years
The Milwaukee speaker makes a great keyboard amplifier FYI
Can you do the bosch vs the dewalt stack on with the subwoofer
What kind off music 🎶.wer you listening to. I like 👍.
No copyright music. I’ll put the info of the song in the description of the video. 🙂✌️❤️
why not compare with the dewalt radio (DCR028?). i think that has bigger drivers than the speaker
I compared the three that I had and to show the difference of what you get in those price points 🙂✌️❤️
The dewalt better price.thank you for the video.it makes it easier to make up your mind.thanks again.god bless.
How do you connect the aux in a Bosch speaker
Anyone know how these compare to beats pill or jbl flip
Bosch most definitely!
I would like to know if any of them can play from usb. I dont like interrupting the music when a phone call enters.
They play through the 3.5mm Jack.
@@MasteringMayhem thanks. I know that. So they still need an extra device to play music. With a usb thumb is something else
Would love to see how dewalt boombox compares to toughsystem 2.0 once they re-release it
Thats hella funny.

The Bosch you can also kill a grizzly bear way too big
Great video I hope I'm lucky enough to win the Bosch radio if it's in the giveaway.
Great info, too bad Milwaukee didn’t add BT. Ugh.
Another great video

Let’s go !
Those rubber coated entenas still can't beat a coat hanger and soda can
Where is the ridgid?
All I had was those 3 🤷🏻♂️ 🙂✌️❤️
Apples to oranges comparison. Step it up
shoutout terry gross
😎🎸😎🎸😎🎸😎
Is that milwaukee old, are they that stupid not to make it BT 🤔 wouldn't buy that if it was on clearance.
Epic fist pumps haha 😂
YOU USED THE WRONG DEWALT JOBSITE SPEAKER YOU SHULD HAVE USED DEWALT Model #DCR028B TO BE FAIR TRY AGAIN
I was showing the speakers that were in different price points. They comparison was not to be fair but to know what your getting for a price point. 🙂✌️❤️
You need to get a craftsman radio up there, super nice excellent sound quality!
Most milwaukee radios suck. The packout radio is their best and that's not saying much.
I have that exact milwaukee. It's garbage, reception is as good as a potatoe
No more skipping off camera bro
79.00 for the DEWALT….. 2 years ago. Not meow!
👍🏻🍻🍺🤙🏼
There is nothing on the radio they play the same songs over and over so Bluetooth is a must and everyone has a smart phone so dewalt for the win and Bosch the 80's are gone don't need a radio the size of a washing machine
Couldn't play a little maiden or priest
Ah ha
Who who
Ohh noo
Id pay for RUclips premium to never see this channel again
The video was that bad?

Your doing dewalt dirty they have the radio with buletooth you should have demoed with these so it was fair lol
He couldn't afford the dewalt radio
No Bluetooth, No Purchase
