I'm sorry guys. I don't know about painfully watching agile go wrong for up to 5 months. And some contracts are 6 months so... I would say the first week you observe, but after that start putting things in motion to change. You can gain your team's trust when they see the benefits and improvements your suggested changes are bringing the team.
Thanks for the video! I loved it. I have an important question... What does someone have to do to become a certified and successful SCRUM master? An idea for your next podcast!
Thank you for the great discussions. Can you please touch on the subject of SAFe agile framework in the scrum mater and product owner space. Much obliged.
Very informative, and I liked the flow the conversation had. My question is : During month1, the SM would be observing/gauging the team (during daily stand-ups I'm assuming), what happens after those 15 minutes when everyone disperses?
So what happens if the team doesn't like the changes the "new" SM is bringing to the team? What if the changes were meant to actually help the team be self organized, be independent and high performing? Shouldn't the SM be courageous enough to uphold Scrum Values?
Very good interactive dialogues that helps the new Scrum Master on boarding, Thanks Christine & John
yes, it really is 49, i just listened till the end and still want more. Thanks!
Thank you

@Christine Romero Have you been in shorter contracts, iterations, etc that you modified this process for? How did you shorten this process?
