Hi! It's not saving any images when rendering, I tried also to set manually a different directory folder, but also it doesn't save any images, what other settings should I use or what am I doing wrong? I followed tutorials 1 and 2. Thanks!
This is a very good feature. But something i would point out is that: Why we need to open the Scene Capture BP to configure it? This is not very cool for people starting to learn the engine. Epic Games could create variables and expose them in the level editor then append player inputed values with append string inside the panoramic blueprint. This way only people that really need to change the blueprint will open & edit the actor.
Following this ideia it would be cool to create child blueprints to enable things like "this actor will only record movies, this actor will only record 360 pictures" and so on...
Hello. I want to ask you. I have an rtx3060 video card. I render the scene using panoramic capture . one frame is made 4-6 minutes. picture 2K or 4K. it's long. How can speed be optimized? Thanks!
Can't get this to work in Unreal 5. It keeps saying my output directory doesn't exist, but it does. Tried both backslash and forward slash in the drive paths :(
It is really strange, I've deleted the "D:\" and it rendered in the folder above the Project folder. But it finally worked. And I forget to compile bp_capture for a while so the changes weren't taken. So, that is also important :D
@@violentpixelation5486 Hey, how did you get it working? I get the same error regardless if I delete the "C:/" or any other path... Edit: Well I got it working the same way you did, I deleted the whole "C:/Panoramic...." path and only kept "SP.OutputDir". Then it saved the 360 images to ".../"UE5projectFolder"/Saved/StereoPanorama/..." OR where I installed my UE5 ".../Epic Games/UE_5.0/Engine/Binaries/Win64" Weird but at least it prints the save location in the output log :)
thanks for the video, i didnt get it, i need to click on capture movie in sequencer render settings? i get just regular images, not 360. blueprint is in the scene. heeelp! 360 image was exported well, thanks!
Yes, click on capture video, you can see in real time the images captured in the folder " PanoramicCaptureFrames". It took 30 mn to capture 150 frames ( RTX 2060, I7 4790, 16 go RAM).

Great “Tips & Tricks”. Thanks for both the How-To, very clear and helpful.

Hey, for archviz it would be really helpful for this feature to support pathtracer! Would change our whole workflow for the office.

When I render it 360 didn't came
There is a bug in this plugin in the latest version of UE5.1, i followed this tutorial and it worked for me: ruclips.net/video/LK-6LAKbkSk/видео.html
where are the stereoscopic settings? you only show enabling the stereo view, but surely there are params to tweak?
How do you merge the different layers? Ao + roughness + finalcolor?
Hope to see raytracing support ASAP!!!
When you try this you will notice capture images is darker then viewport
Does not work on a Mac :( ugh I just spend all this time playing around in UE5 and starting to like it.. but now I cant export my 360 capture :(
