How crazy that store traffic is still there! When I moved there in 1989 it was there. I think that’s probably one of the longest holdouts in that ever changing mall. I haven’t lived there in 20 years. So it’s nice to see the update. Thank you for the video. Looks a lot busier than I expected it to.
Enclosed malls are kind of on their way out, at least in Southern California. Their time seems to have come and gone, in favor of outdoor shopping and dining complexes that allow people to enjoy the generally nice SoCal weather. Santa Monica Place is an example of an indoor mall that underwent a transformation to an outdoor mall in 2010. More malls will be doing that as attendance at enclosed malls continues to drop. Personally, I prefer outdoor shopping and dining experiences, so I'm on board with that plan.
I totally agree. Enclosed malls remind me of bunkers. A lot of shops in Germany in enclosed malls do only have few or even no windows at all to the putside with daylight. I think it's the same with most enclosed malls everywhere.
I never went and ik Totally Spies had this mall but different name irl ❤! I would be down to go there and live out my childhood if ever i get to go to CA

I live in Beverly Hills so I do not live too far from Beverly Center and I can confirmed the mall looks the same even on the weekends. It is probably because we live in an online world era now.

@7:59 TO @16:26 NO IDEA WHY IT WENT SLOW MO LOL WHEN I REMOVED THE COPY-WRITE MUSIC THIS WAS THE NEW RESULT
SLOW MO is good Bud 👍
By the way, the last time I was at the Beverly Center mall. Actress Amanda Bynes was actually sleeping in one of the chairs.
It’s “Beverly Center” not “Beverly Hills Center”
Beverly Center in Los Angeles . Not Beverly Hills Center Mall.
If you are above a 40 inch waist, forget about buying pants at any mall

Looks pretty much the same as it did in the 1990's, only superficial changes. Seemed pretty dead tbh
I went on a Monday so I could film the mall & see the stores
Otherwise Beverly Hills gets super busy doing the weekend
@@travelnorthamerica ah ok, thanks!
