The old spartan weeps.
i guess ronny did always know, that he´de to pay a price. but now he lives forever.
Though he’s not where he was in his prime, he’s had several surgeries, and he said in his documentary that now he really doesn’t know life without excruciating pain, he still goes to the gym and workouts every day with his cane, or walker to pump that iron. Let’s let truth be told-he’s still finer and looks more in shape than men that I see In the gym half his age. Keep holding your head up high RC. Your amazing spirit, jovial laugh and Sheer determination and will to keep living your best life is what will always make you a cut above the rest. Light weight baby!
Well said
Ain't nothing but a peanut!
Let's let the truth be told - he is nowhere near as fit as most men in his age; he can't bend over and get his socks on ffs. What are you talking about. Let his prime speak for himself. No need to push put lies.
@@luk303 Probably can bench more than you as he is now though lol.🤣
@@nicholas104 Probably. Idk the mans stats rn, but he was awful strong for a bodybuilder at his prime. You tell me though, I bench 150 KG, squat 205 KG, and deadlift 225 KG. I am more than happy with those stats and don't feel the need to compare myself to others nor would I like to compare myseld to a legend like Ronnie. But still, the fact stands that he is not fit or even fitter than other men his age. He is in constant pain and can't tie his shoes alone. Idk what kind of men you encountered but there are mostly fit enough for their daily live without suffering pain everyday. Also, it's besides the point if he benches more or not. Do you think a strong bench makes you fit? You better not fool yourself.
Everybody gets old but he made good use of his youth and achieved something that none of us would ever be able to. A very hard working person.
0:11 look like he was about to say “yeahhhhh buddy” 🤣
Fantastic video love you 🙂☺️
His body not only had special genetics, but his muscle composition is so clean, you know he rarely cheated on his diet, if at all.
Whatever happened
u r true legend
u r the king of all time
Much respect to Ronnie. He gave his absolute all to be one of the greatest 🏆
He is the greatest bodybuilder of alltime
He was fucking Huge , and lead so Many people and inspires so many
The only person who can lift (crazy) heavy weights and still yell *LIGHTWEIGHT BABE*
Ronnie will forever be the king!!!
Now when Ronnie Coleman yells "LIGHTWEIGHT" it really is lightweight.

I love this video love ronnie coleman he is the best of all time !!
That last clip made me smile ear to ear. Best of wishes to him
Damn Ronnie really paid a huge price for being the best. He willingly destroyed himself.
Javoris Little and the fact that he said he would do it all again shows he really isn't bothered about his body now, true legend 💪👍
@@XxlikeabossxX59 he's still in his 50s. Let him hit the geriatric age, it's above 65. There is a reason why we in medical field recognize that age cut off. Even regular people have a tough time after that. But for people with disabilities, life literally becomes hell.
Everyone has a time to shine. And he shined during his time. One of the greatest bodybuilder.
But against young teens who are just obsessed in steriods and proteins.
I have yet to shine,,,,
I came from dirt 😂, time to shine soon
26- Ronnie's arms were insane!!
legends never die
Maik Konopka in movies buddy...

Even at 53 after all of his surgery and his medication, even after he lost his mass.
He is still way more ripped than I am
You must be hysterically chubby

His spirit still remain the same as old days even though he had gone through lots of surgery and some other stuff.

He’s rushing it should take a year off
I wish I could be like him .. he looks like he is about to die but still he wants to fight and doesn't cares about anything.. a beast . Mad respect ❤
He lost some muscle...but never ..never his champ attitude...such a inspiration..thank you for all Mr Coleman
Coleman: only person who can make even rehab look easy.
RONYYYY COLEMAN 💗
🤤🤤THE KING !!!!
LOVE FROM INDIA 🇮🇳❤️
When you became Mr. Olympia but can't clean your ass anymore: "I've won... but at what cost?"
good comment
@Adam Garcia what?
Exacly.
You know what? He was never an athlete just a junkie weight lifter, a steroid abuser that now is in rehab.
It wasn't the career that deteriorated his body. Its the super heavy lifting. (Upto 800 pounds) of deadlifts. That fucked up his back.
The cost is whatever it takes. Ask him if he would take it back to live 20 years longer and be average. You know the answer. Winners win because they don't think like losers
He is a legend.
