Got one of these badboys in my Christmas stocking today. The sounds are 100% realistic and genuine. This is the pedal I've been dreaming of. Fantastic job mr. Keeley.
What song is the riff from at the 2:35 mark in the video? I know this is an old video but hopefully someone responds. I've been racking my brain lol. Went through all of my Beatles and Hendrix and couldn't figure it out. Thanks in advance!!
Nevermind, I figured it out. I swear I went through all my Hendrix albums multiple times but just didn't see it (including Electric Ladyland). It was driving me crazy lol. The song is "Burning of the Midnight Lamp" on Electric Ladyland.
Excellent playing, guy knows his Jimi! Love the dark neck on the Strat but, the breaks where the guy was holding the pedal in my face and staring was a little overwhelming. Think I'm gonna get in the fetal position, suck my thumb and pray for the world to be at peace when I wake from my nap.
Total Lush -ous-nuss!!! Just got mine yesterday. Still finding out what all it can do.;O Jimi sounds for sure; Gilmour-esque, oh yeah; Bridge of Sighs anyone? Doesn't hurt that I'm playing a '59 Airline 3-pup through a '64 Princeton(She Loves Pedals!), and has the matching verb tank.;D Thank You for contributing to my tonal addiction. John Lattimer
Just picked one up and pretty happy. It's definitely Hendrix in a box and has everything covered to ballpark Jimi's effects. The wah can be rather disappointing and sounds like a modern Dunlop Crybaby... I just hate that deep nasal sound. It can sound pretty good with the fuzz if your careful with the sweep, to wise a sweep and again it has that Crybaby sound. The Leslie effect sounds fantastic and probably one of my favorites I've played. The uni vibe is better than the average vibe pedal but is one of those effects that are hard to "master"... Nothing competes with those vintage photocell uni vibe units. Fuzz is pretty solid! Definitely captures the silicon Fuzz Face sound and feel, maybe a little smoother, more consistent, I love it actually and find it extremely easy to use. I'm having a blast with this pedal and feel it's definitely a huge bang for your buck. Quality effects in a tight footprint that allow of a lot of experimentation and replication. I really really wish the Wah had a vintage Vox or Thomas Organ tone/sweep and I can't believe there wasn't an Octavia in this pedal tbh. The octave up and down is fun but it seems kinda crazy it doesn't have the Octavia function... I imagine it probably has to do with cost etc... Anyways! Love the pedal!
Does it have the light in it for the true “univibe” experience? This pedals sounds great either way and the fact it comes with a built in wah is awesome
Everything has been said about how great this is, but there is one thing I’d change. More space between the output and power jacks. It’s a tight fit for a 1/4” 90 degree plug and the power plug. Using straight plugs eats up pedal board space.
I love my Dark Side, but I’ve been checking these out lately and thinking I might swap it out for one of these on my board. Hate losing the delay features, but I like the fuzz face style + octave a lot.
This pedal is amazing it's a fact! but why don't you consider splitting it in half? the left side and the 3 mode switch could stand alone in any pedalboard and for sure in mine there's still an empty space 😁
@@JeffScafella Hey there! Thanks for the question. To be honest we're not really sure about that particular bass, but we have tested the Monterey with a good ol' P Bass and it sounds fantastic! If you decide on one, please let us know, we'd love to get your feedback!
I love this pedal, but I would love it even more if it were a Tube Screamer type overdrive instead of Fuzz, is something like that in the works possibly?
I try to take good care of my stuff, so deliberately relic'd guitars are definitely not my cup of tea at all! I played a real deal 1959 Fender Strat of an acquaintance, who used it to gig still, and his was in better shape than this, ha. And it was the three tone sunburst too!
What does the way the guitar looks have to do with the pedal???? You don't watch videos to learn anything, just to complain/drone about your completely irrelevant opinion.

got mine yesterday & love it , thanks Keeley for getting me a little closer to that sound in my head
You Keeley guys & girls are really entering a golden age of tones, keep up the great work, oh & love that strat
outside2020 can't tell you how much the team and I appreciate it sir.
The worst relic job ever!
2024 and still on the pedalboard. One of our desert island faves - Two are better than one! The wah is unique and that's cool👍
This pedal is the crown jewel of my board. I'm consistently blown away by just how much it can do.
my fav pedal. of all the hundred something pedals I have this is my all time fave!
I want one so bad! How do you feel about the pedal now after having had it for years? I have heard some mixed reviews.
What TONE!! I just got this a week ago and love the unique sounds this has!! Beautiful to look at and play through!!
I Love it! Thanks master Keeley and all your team for making such wonderful pedals!

Just ordered my first pedal of many from Keeley cannot wait to
Just treated myself to this today whilst quarantining with covid... it's fantastic! don't hesitate, buy it!
That burning of the midnight lamp!!!
Great Demo ! Such an amazing pedal...….R. Keekey has taken effects to a new (and wonderful) level !!!!!!!!
I have a prescription electronics experience pedal and I thought this is Hendrix in a box , clearly I was mistaken.
Sounds amazing!

You mean him showing you the knob positions of all the tones?
I don't know how I'm just finding out about this pedal but I'm gaunna have to get it.. man it looks and sounds awesome

Best Hendrix pedal best compreser pedal best Floyd pedal best boost pedal. You guys kick ass.
Larry Taylor a year later I say the same thing
I notice most of the videos with this pedal they are playing single coil Strats. Curious how it works with humbuckers?

No bulb. The effect is achieved using DSP, I believe.
This bay just be the coolest pedal ever made...
Ordered mine from AMS about a month ago, because I am poor. It is FINALLY on it's way! YAY!
Everything has been said about how great this is, but there is one thing I’d change. More space between the output and power jacks. It’s a tight fit for a 1/4” 90 degree plug and the power plug. Using straight plugs eats up pedal board space.
Oh wow man this sounds incredible I love it.😃👍
Next level hat game bro.
I’m hearing... Hendrix , Cream , Big Brother band etc all from 60s era .. Me like 👍
I love it! If I'm not wrong I saw also a white version, super!
My favorite Keeley pedal (with the exception of the Lovely Apple)!
My next Pedal 🎸🔥
I have the Tone Workstation and the Supermod Workstation. I got both becasue I just really wanted this... and it has a wah????? *sells all pedals*
Hey, Keeley people! Great pedal, but...Is it a problem to move internal switch (post/pre fuzz) to the top, as s regular toggle switch?
I love my Dark Side, but I’ve been checking these out lately and thinking I might swap it out for one of these on my board. Hate losing the delay features, but I like the fuzz face style + octave a lot.
I was thinking of getting the Dark Side for the Vibe+Fuzz combo, but I think personally that the Monterey just hits that classic Jimi spot for me.
Sounds great!
You left out the auto wha/envelope follower. The wha wha works when you turn down the auto wha and use an expression pedal.
Leslie was immense. :)
emdblues thanks man! I think it's one of our best creations.
Is the univibe like the fuzz with vintage parts or digital
Does cord for expression pedal have to be stereo
This pedal is amazing it's a fact! but why don't you consider splitting it in half? the left side and the 3 mode switch could stand alone in any pedalboard and for sure in mine there's still an empty space 😁
Amazing!
This company is great. That's all I have to say about that.
Great demo and great fuzz!
so everything is analog except for the digital octave effect?
Does this have the uni vibe chorus?
Great sounding pedal. What is the riff at 1:40?
took me a while. thought its royale republic or queens of the stone age.
turned out its blue orchid by the white stripes
Next buy!
Favourite demon.
The ultimate multi fx pedal???
Wait a second. Who did the demo? It’s awesome. But, is that Mr. Hermans?
This was an early video from our in-house demo team.
@@KeeleyElectronicsEdmond Would this pedal work well with an acoustic/electric bass? Specifically the Kala U-bass?

That’s simply the the only pedal you’d need (minus a delay) for that junk sound! ✌🏻
I love this pedal, but I would love it even more if it were a Tube Screamer type overdrive instead of Fuzz, is something like that in the works possibly?
All you need is a Mini Tube Screamer. I run mine right before the Keely. Try and find one used.
@@jperryfan Okay I'll try it, I have a TS9, thanks!
White stripes :)
I think you should have a feather in that hat ..
Too gimicky; but for 5 pedals in one, the price is worth it. Good job Keeley!
all the tones were pretty good except for the fuzz + vibe which has horrendous :))
It sounds nothing like a uni vibe
That Strat has the worst relic jobs ever !
Perfect example of why you shouldn’t ‘relic’ your guitar😂
Its the wrong lacquer. You should never try to relic Polyutherane
@@xReisendenx he tried to use power tools... always a bad idea. poly relics much better when you just hit it ;)

Why are all the guitar demo people dressed up like Americans for Halloween?
Sounds like the univibe should be pre fuzz, but isn't. Also, that 'wah' feature sounds so naff
Has dip switch to reverse the order so that univibe comes first and fuzz second if preferred that way. Has great Leslie Rotary speaker effect too.
