Nice set up! I appreciate systems that aren’t crazy expensive but do a great job. Funny - I’m a floor sitter too. Sometimes I lie down when listening. Too fidgety, I suppose, to sit in one spot and listen.
I have a nearly identical system down to the amp and cartridge (Yes even the pre-mounted head shell.) Once you give the cart some 'break-in' time things should even out. I am not a floor dweller, Thanks to an over- joyed dog, I don't want to risk it :I . Was listening to Men At Work and it sounds great on my system!
