Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction is meeting point of four routes.
1. Lines from Sitarampur via Patna (Main line)
2. Lines from Sitarampur via Gaya (Grand Chord)
3. Lines from Lucknow via Varanasi
4. Lines from Prayagraj Junction
And another correction. The bridge before Prayagraj Junction is over River Yamuna, not Ganga.
Patna is the mainline and Gaya is Grand Chord.

And Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay is called junction, because the main line via Patna and the grand chord line via Dhanbad merges here. Also the Mirzapur-Allahabad line and Varanasi line divides from there, which you said in the video.
Wrong grand chord line is new Delhi howrah via Gaya not Dhanbad , Dhanbad is not used in via rajdhani, duranto only via Gaya is used

Superb cinematic journey capture of Sealdah Rajdhani.🥰 Also one more thing, WAM-4 Loco No. 21380, 21385 and 21387 was used to haul Train No. 12384/12383 until July 2019 but after that all 3 locomotives are now used for shunting purpose in SDAH.

It's an excellent video of this journey. All details are mentioned in simple way. Camera work, editing, presentation, way of speaking are very good. The video looks like I am also travelling with them and enjoying all the experiences of the journey.
This is the only Rajdhani Express i have traveled. I have only one time but my mother traveled 2 times(UP and DN).
Food experience in trains has certainly improved particularly on the premiere trains. Rest it's as it used to be cold, insipid and very uninspiring.
I remember going by Kalka mail from delhi to kolkata.... Long ago in 1975 when I was in school. Bengal was beautiful with green stretches and big pools locally called pookor. Food procurement from stations was an interesting part of journey. Mughal sarai served good food in steel plates. However, people used to carry their own food as food somehow was not good in Indian Railways. The best part of journey in a second class was the profuse interactions between people and the direct connection with the cool breeze if the weather was good. Present or past train journeys would continue to enamour the travel genes in a Vagabond. It will pull us back to the tracks again and again. Good blogs.

I would like to tell that in the 31th minute of video where train was crossing a river, that river was YAMUNA and not GANGA! (Sangam) Prayagraj is the place where the two rivers meet!

Nice video but few errors, at 31:26 its naini junction it is the station where mumbai line meets howrah-delhi mainline. Also at 31:45 that is yamuna river. Overall nice coverage!!

Mughalsarai Junction- 4 lines meet:- 1) goes to Kashi & Varanasi 2) goes to New Delhi via Allahabad city (high speed zone in which u actually travelled) 3) Goes to Howrah (via Gaya) 4) Goes to Howrah & vice versa (via Patna). Saying vice versa bcoz from Patna more lines diverges to different routes.
