- Today we are working on the suspension again. Trying to get the perfect fitment with no rubbing.
These upper control arms will bring in the the top of the tire so it doesn’t rub. After we adjust the top we will remove some camber from the lower control arm to get the fitment we are looking for!
These Cusco control arms fit a bunch of different Subarus and the install will be the same.

Looks good. Now you can adjust the top and bottom.
Nice content.
Thanks for watching!
TUBULAR!!!
Looks good! I wish you would have measured to see what the weight savings are. Since I'm not tuning and adding noise reduction I'm particularly interested in cutting where I can.
Dang you’re right. Missed opportunity to weigh them both to get exact numbers. I can say the oem one felt heavier for sure.
awesome! What camber and tow kit did you buy?
Just updated the description to include the link to the camber gauge and toe plates.
Nice!!👍
Forgot to mention I’m going to be putting 235/40’s on my 18x9.5, you think it’ll clear the rear AFD fenders?
Yes. I don’t think you’ll have an issue with that tire size
@@JoeyMontalto gotcha thanks again Joey , my names also Joey haha
Hey Joey, What size tires are you running? And are your wheels 18x9.5+38?
I ordered the Aeroflow fenders that are 10mm wider, however I’m still worried my tires won’t sit flush as I like my ride low.. keep us posted on this fitment. Thanks for all your great content, I’m super invested in the wheel fitment/suspension videos!
Yes I’m running a 18x9.5 +38 wheel. And a 255/40r18 tire.
This is the best way to get the fitment you want. Adjust the upper arm for your quarter to tire fitment. Then the bottom to get the car aligned. I’ll have another suspension video out next week 😉
@@JoeyMontalto okay I’m going to replicate this same setup as I have some Cusco goodies and running same wheel setup, just smaller tires but definitely keep us posted on this one brother!
