I mean what is a point guard in the modern NBA anyways? The Celtics offense does not call for one individual person to be the primary distributor. The idea that you need a traditional point guard in the NBA really is pretty dated.
Marcus smart aint a real PG either , people were complaining about the C’s lack of a true playmaker for years , thats why they tried out Brogdon last year to help with those duties , Jrue is serviceable , he there more for the defense than anything else
It’s not a huge gap between holiday and smart at all. Especially with smart being their leader, Jrue is quiet and JB/JT without anybody to check them is a disaster waiting to happen
At this point the reins of the team are on JT/JB as they are the dudes who eat the biggest chunk of the salary up for the C's. The only thing I'm scared of is the C's coaching with Mazzula. To some degree Udoka added that accountability not only to himself but the players with his presence and that fight on defense. Mazzula is just a math slinger who doesn't have a game plan when things got tough in the playoffs. So when those 3s aren't raining, he's gonna be making that face at the side line like he needs to go to the bathroom to take a dump.
Robert Williams and Porzingis are equally injury prone and Bill is just taking a 37 year old Horford for granted. What happens when one of those guys goes down?
To be fair, Middleton is 32 and injury-prone as well. If the Bucks lose him, I don't see them winning the championship either. Injuries have become a major issue for every contender in the modern NBA.
Bucks aren't in better shape themselves with a roster full old players around Giannis. It has shown up defensively when faster teams have played off Lopez and they had to play Giannis/Portis lineups. And they don't have Grayson Allen wack ass to do his best Bill Laimbeer imitation either. So Bucks better solve that issue with whatever 2nd round picks they have left by the trade deadline next year.
I would've preferred the Celtics pursue Nikola Vucevic instead of trading for Porzingis. Statistically they're very similar and Vucevic plays about 70 games a year. On a side note it is going to be brutal for the Bucks to fill out there roster with Giannis, Dame and Middleton combining for almost $140 million the next few years. Unless the Bucks can find some young talent they'll probably be filling out their roster with scrubs and ring chasers after this season.
I like Boston and as a whole I like there roster better, but there still a world where Milwaukee have the 2 best players in that series and it’s not like brook, Middleton and a couple of there guys are bad aswell, and at the end of the day, jrue doesn’t solve tatum and browns half court scoring in the clutcu
@@tyriantaylor711 not as half court scorer he’s not, as an overall package yes, but as an offensive weapon Lillard is better, tatum is one of the worst stars at scoring in iso and pick and roll
17:12 Ryen are you mad? Booker was empty calories and PATHETIC defense on BAD TEAMS for YEARS. Then he got a few coaches fired, got a TON of great teammates and all of a sudden he's been vaulted as some great player... he's NOT. He's pure media hype and a product of some awesome players around him. A ROOKIE Jayson Tatum on a rebuilding team with a bunch of young guys took LEBRON FUCKING JAMES to 7 GAMES and was 2 shots away from making the finals AS A ROOKIE as the best player on that team. He has LOCKED UP Kevin Durant for series, he has routinely outplayed Giannis in playoff series who is the 3rd best player in the league... If you were hired as a GM and picked Booker over Tatum, you would immediately get sacked, rightfully so.
When you put it in terms of which players they dealt to get Porzingis and Jrue it looks like one of the best GM moves in not too recent memory. Easy to say a year later w/ the Celtics championship but it looked good for yall from day one. I was pissed, being a wide eyed Nuggets fan naively anticipating 3 rings in a 5 year run.
I agree with Bill on Ayton. Who, besides Dennis Rodman, enjoys playing basketball without shooting? Ayton was a #1 pick and has averaged 18 ppg in the league, he probably isn’t interested in becoming Ivica Zubac. I think he’ll do better (and be happier) on a younger team with a larger offensive role.
Todays basketball is how effective are your best guys against the other teams set defense. The celtics weren't gonna get better at the top than tatum, so the best way to improve around him is to improve the defense.
Jrue is more offensively viable than Smart with better defense. Porzingis has little to no difference from Rob Will defensively but can shoot 3s. Same availability. I think the roster is pretty similar this year quality-wise with more flexibility; their depth is down but no contender in the East has bench depth
@@slightexagNo. lol. 1) Smart is better offensively in the playoffs. That may change but Holiday has been no Mr. May. I think he’ll probably be better but that’s not a safe bet 2) in no way is Jrue a better defender. He is a little better at one particular thing (point-of-attack drop coverage vs shifty 6’4” and under guards) and worse at literally every other part of defense The defense is pretty demonstrably worse now simply because they aren’t as multiple But if Tatum takes a leap it doesn’t really matter because they will still be a good drop team thanks to the two guards up top and length on the wings
Lol so you trade Williams Rob and smart? For a guy who literally just got torched out of the first round of the playoffs?!?! Wtf lol you traded 3 defensive studs for one older guy who got torched and a tall string bean who gets hurt every year lol
Just came from Gil's Arena. On the Heat piece, Kenyon made a point that I think completely takes James off the table for them. Players don't want to deal with "Heat culture", especially guys that are 10+ years in the league. Body fat checks and being benched for that stuff is just not appealing to a lot of guys, and I think it's pretty easy to assume James is one of them.
Denver and LAL are probably closest thing to a young rivalry in the West. The sweep last year, the chirping since the playoffs between Michael Malone, LeBron, AD, etc.
Nah. It's talking heads trying to make their money for 10 months out of the year. Plus the fantasy league types. I just watch it for entertainment. The 2 months of the playoffs is all that matters.
Boston went through a self-sabotaging phase and then made this panic move which is a good move but as a Bucks fan, I'm very happy to no longer be seeing Smart and Grant Williams who both can get under Giannis skin.
Will be interseting to see Jrue's reps vs Giannis in the playoffs. Because the success teh C's had was able to throw Smart at Giannis on defense for a few reps along with 3-4 other guys.
Westbrook, Harden, George and Leonard would be the most bizarre quartet of past their prime stars in NBA history. Lol. The former two are one-time MVPs who are nowhere near the players they once were and the latter two are possibly in the top five of the most injury prone stars in the league along with Zion Williamson, Anthony Davis and probably Joel Embiid.
With the new CBA contenders will need to rethink trading away 1st round picks. Take Denver for example, they lost Bruce Brown who had some huge moments for them. It appears as if Christian "Eva™ Brain is ready to embrace a larger role. If he steps in and plays well it'll be exhibit A for the utility of contenders holding onto their draft picks.
I don’t understand how anyone could say Portland was unprofessional in their situation. They took a far better deal than Miami possibly could have come up with and acquired other valuable assets that they could flip. The reality is there is not a single team in the league, including Miami, who values Herro or his contract. He is a one dimensional scorer making way too much money. You can get his scoring output at a more efficient rate from a million other places without handicapping yourselves financially. Miami has actively been trying to move on from him for years. There’s a reason why
I think Denver vs LA is the rivalry. They've met in the playoffs recently. AD played well against Jokic. Austin Reeves vs Murray. Can MPJ guard Lebron?
Jru had a disastrous playoffs last season. He would be benched if he did that again. If you get the Jru run to the ring Celtics would be a powerhouse, a big if.
Dame absolutely destroyed Porzingis in the pick and roll when he was with Dallas. He regularly had 35-40 point games with half or more of those against Porzingis in the p and r. Maybe Holiday mitigates some if that, but if not it’s questionable how long Porzingis will be able to play when Dame is in the game.
Unless Tatum can play big--in essence outplay other elite teams' superstars--in the biggest moments I just don't see Boston winning it. He has the ability but has never shown it. Giannis and Joker and even Murray have done it and are all in their primes. I get the Celtic's talent but they've been the most talented team for quite a while and never quite get it done. Gimme Bucks/Nuggets. Nuggets have handled the Bucks relatively easily during the Jokic/Giannis era but the Bucks have never had an elite pick and roll perimeter player and deadly perimeter scorer like Dame. Nuggets will beef up the roster at the trade deadline. Lakers are an injury waiting to happen and the Suns are imbalanced.
I mean the EC playoff fans can jaw jack at each other. Meanwhile the Nuggets are just hoping they are healthy yet again to make a dominant run in the playoffs and bully whoever comes out of the ECF. Neither the Celtics/Bucks/whoever probably have the facilities to go toe to toe with Jokic/Murray efficient offense with the rest of their guys playing the best playoff defense.
That strip by Jrue against Book was FUTURISTIC DEFENSE. 95% of the league would have made a terrible foul in a 1-posession game under 30 secs. Unbelievable! U really need to break down that thief. The Oop was just the cherry on top. Which he could have dribbled out til he got fouled
The C's talk is all based on the biggest "IF" in KP. As a Mavs fan, and I'm sure there's plenty of Knicks fans that would agree, good luck with that "IF." I loved him here in Dallas and I wish him the best because he's a true talent but him being so available last year is worrisome for me coming into this season. Best of luck out in the East but I'm glad the Mav's got out of that situation. I assume the Boston fans would say the same about our Kyrie situation!
Dude Bill, Milwaukee was a top 5 defense last year. Yeah losing Jrue hurts but Giannis can pick up more defense along with Bobby, Lopez…..so dumb the way that’s analyzed
Celtics don’t need a solid locker room guy-they need someone who’s gonna yell at them to stop chucking shots in crunch time: a PJ Tucker type. They just don’t have that here. Only way this works in Boston is if they let Jrue be a true point guard. And their offense is so sloppy, I don’t think that will happen
Its fixable for the regular season. The problem is not being able to get their key injury prone guys like KP or Horford by the playoffs since your 6-8 best guys carry you all the way. Especially Horford since he's the lynch pin of how the Cs can defend the perimeter and keep some of the one dimensional defenders like KP help in mismatches.
Why is the Unicorn a 'huge if' from everyone regarding injury, but nobody says this about an old Lopez? Time Lord's knee was an obvious concern because it was ALWAYS the knee. KP's injuries have been randomn.
What about Harden (plus a 2nd round pick) to the Nets for Spencer Dinweedie + Royce O'neale + Cam Thomas? The Nets would get the scoring and offensive engine that would make Cam Johnson a lot more deadly. The Sixers release Harden and get role players (needed depth) that are hard workers - just the type of players Nick Nurse likes - and unleash Maxey.
Robert Williams: 177 games played (last 4 years) Kristaps Porzingis: 159 games (last 4 years) Solid choice if you’re tired of the center always being hurt . Gotta have consistency Lol Boston gonna have no gas when Playoffs come.
Boston is about to be in for a rude awakening. They got weaker where the Bucks are the strongest. And then they're hoping White and Jrue will stop the second best PG in the league who has never played with another superstar before.
@@michaelbailey8850 Where is this game where Dame got shut down by Jrue and White with Giannis on the court for pick and roll and Middleton and Brook on the wings? I'll wait. The last game Jrue played he got bodied by Jimmy and White wasn't the difference maker against the Heat either. And if you look at what Giannis averages against KP, it's comical. He still exceeds his season averages against AH. Again, that was before Dame stretching the floor. If you're going to project then it has to go both ways. Celts traded 2 players that bother Giannis while the Bucks gave up zero post players to improve their biggest weakness which was half court offense. And Monk shouldn't be overlooked as an upgrade over Grayson shooting wise either.
Still not enough Bill. If you even get to the finals it's a gentleman's sweep by Denver at best. Barring injuries, it's Nuggets-Bucks in the finals. I actually think Tatum will retire without a ring.
No, I'm a Nuggets fan but if Boston gets to the finals it's not going to be a sweep of any kind, especially if Boston has home court advantage. That would be an amazing series with Boston's perimeter defense matched with Denver's elite ball and player movement and perimeter shooting. I'd pick Denver because I think they'd punish Boston in the paint and on the boards in a way that would simply wear the Celtics down in the half court game.
All this trade drama ... and Denver remains steady. Best player. Best 2-man game. Best starting 5. Spoiler alert: Denver's bench will be better than last year.
Alright man, I'm not saying you're wrong or anything, but if anything, Denver's bench is a question. It could be better, but Reggie needs to fit better, the three rookies are still unknowns, nnaji still needs to prove himself, DJ is too old, vlatko is injured, even braun hasn't really proved he has enough offense to keep the bench afloat. We're still good, probably the best. But we're not definitely better.
Bill is absolutely insane with his Derrick White love. White is a solid player, yes -- a useful player. But he's not even better than Brogdon. You like bringing White off the bench, you like starting him a little less. He's basically a league average player
I mean brogdon was sixth man of the year and I don’t think it would be too far fetched that white might develop a little further and become a sixth man candidate himself. He played pretty damn well in the playoffs last season
I do not see how Boston can defend Giannis without bringing in some more centers. While Tatum is great, I just do not see him becoming the clutch playmaker Boston needs him to be.
Wings can guard Giannis if they build a wall. The Bucks have failed to truly unlock Giannis because he never plays off ball. He's potentially unstoppable if the Bucks pick and roll game is as good as we think it may be AND he learns to cut off ball. Dame might unlock him. We'll see.
celtics fans and media didnt know who derrick white was until he became a Celtic now he's suddenly this amazing player don't get me wrong he's very good but yall are delusional
Did Bill seriously just call Giannis the "second greatest player of the century" ?! What? I am not even sure that he is Top 5 of this century. Lebron, Kobe, Duncan, Curry are a lock for Top 4. Then you can make an argument for KD, Dirk, Giannis. Shaq also hit his prime in the early 00s. If Giannis wins a few more rings, you could definitely make a case for Top 5 as a lock, but that's pretty much it.
Any conversation about Giannis being the "top this or that" needs to have Jokic right next to him now because those two are neck n neck legacy wise right now heading into the '24 season. To say Greek freak is the 2nd best player of this century makes Jokic right there with him in a tie. Prove me wrong.
Yea i wouldnt tact Jrue with bad shooting in the playoffs. it was his role being stretched thin, other Gianis and Jrue H. who would score with Middleton out?
Barring injury league wide, Boston is 3rd in the East and doesn't make the ECF. They're too shallow, have clear weaknesses at the bigs. No great distributor for the team. Jrue has had some offensive playoff issues, White is a non factor on offense most of the time. Brown has no left hand, Tatum isn't a great natural facilitator (not an insult). They won't be able to get past Miami or the Bucks
At this point Bucks fans are in denial and delusional , Jrue was big for them 3 years ago and was the second option the last 2 years, Jrue Holiday most nights could be their 4th /5th option cause of the talent they got for the Celtics
Boston should grab Aaron Baynes back. Get him for the absolute minimum and he’s a bruiser that will put up minutes against the big centres they’ll go against
I feel like Boston has the same issues that have been holding them back. The Holiday, White backcourt is challenged in the same ways as Smart, White. Neither of them is a lead ball handler or playmaker. Boston is still going to have clogged toilet possessions with someone chucking up a three with 2 seconds on the clock. I don't think Tatum needs to improve his game in order to take a leap. I feel like he needs a creator or at least a connector that gets him a couple quality shots a night either by virtue of gravity attacking the basket or fast decisions reading the court and getting the ball moving. Against locked in, game planned D the Celtics struggle to generate offense if they're not hitting threes. They don't run anything! They are towards the bottom of the league in ball screens. It doesn't help that their second best player can't dribble and is a below average to average passer. I guess we'll see but if I had to bet I'd say Boston is more similar than different to the teams they've had the last three years.
@@tyriantaylor711 100% There is definitely an aspect of risk to adding Lillard. He's not a below average defender, he's one of the worst in the league. Giannis and Lopez need to play at a first team all defense level because there's nobody to stop the ball.

Boston relying on Porzingus who is more injury prone than AD and Hordford at 38 for interior defense will hurt tremendously especially in the playoffs.
Your take lost a lot of credibility the minute you suggested adding Russell Westbrook to the lineup. It's funny how people are acting like the Celtics gave up the most important depth piece on the planet when the guy they gave up played 35 games last year and has average about 45 games the last five seasons. I mean what would you give up for Robert Williams if your team was trading for him? I'm willing to bet you would value him as a pretty limited asset.
@@mattreynolds110 @michaelcorcoran8768 admittedly my team is oklahoma so maybe rose-coloured glasses in play with russ - but he certainly had more than one good post-season, and certainly more than - ironically - jrue's one good postseason in the Bucks title year (fantastic as he was). Remember when jrue was with AD and boogie and wasn't exactly a world-beater with the pels? or his shooting in last year's first round MIL exit? I'd happily give up dort and a pick or two for rob williams to pair with chet. Know why? because we have a good front office that's collected literally dozens of them and makes smart trades. remember how danny ainge used to do that? Soon you'll be calling them the good ol' days.
Jrue is basically Marcus Smart 2.0. As a big time Bucks fan, these guys are really overplaying the impact Jrue is likely gonna have in the postseason. Yes he was pivotal in our Championship playoff run, but Jrue has been an absolute liability/nightmare in the last 2 postseasons. I think Boston fans are in for a disappointing outcome in regards to Jrue.
I mean the C's didn't have a Marcus Smart like role player after trading him away. So for them to get one back essentially for Brogdon and RW3 is good. So for the most part it keeps the bar for the C's roster similar to the year before just with a shooting big (cuz Mazzula likes 3s that much). Sure depth is an issue but it can be sorted out in the regular season and by post ASG, the C's will show whether they are ready for their playoff match ups or not.
The difference is Boston won't need Jrue jacking up 18 shots a game in the playoffs like Milwaukee did. He will be around 13 shots so his efficiency should be much better.
Can boston trade Porzingis? They should. For a safer big. Remember how they were outrebounded by Wiggins, Looney and Dray in the finals two years ago? There.
Wait? Your take is Boston is the best team? Well, this came off as a surprise. Seriously, people saying Jrue is bad in the playoffs don't know what they're talking about. He exerts all his energy on defense, so he doesn't have much left in the tank when he plays offense. The Bucks are the best team though. Dame and Giannis is about as good as it gets on so many levels. Throw in Brook, Khris, and Bobby, and the team is stacked. The real question is if you could trade your whole team... the Bucks for the Celtics team. I'm taking the Bucks all the way.

Agree. Fans talking him up like he is the next best thing but in reality Marcus Smart was just as good.
Marcus smart aint a real PG either , people were complaining about the C’s lack of a true playmaker for years , thats why they tried out Brogdon last year to help with those duties , Jrue is serviceable , he there more for the defense than anything else
Accurate, people who don’t watch the bucks love Jrue but people who’ve seen him in the playoffs know
Hate the celtics but jrue was 8 ast a game last year and is what their 4th best player ?
Hell yeah long form video lets go!!!
@@X5J2UY Totally agree. But Middleton became the 3rd option and they should keep his minutes down.
Bring in Dwight Howard..lol
Tatum is better than Lillard he is the Second best player in that series and Pretty Much every series he is 1 or 2 in terms of best player
@@tyriantaylor711 not as half court scorer he’s not, as an overall package yes, but as an offensive weapon Lillard is better, tatum is one of the worst stars at scoring in iso and pick and roll
Full video pod. Nice.
Porzingis plays small for his height.
KP is the alternative curve ball offensive look you can throw out there at the end of a game instead of JT and JB ISOs.
@@slightexagNo. lol.
1) Smart is better offensively in the playoffs. That may change but Holiday has been no Mr. May. I think he’ll probably be better but that’s not a safe bet
2) in no way is Jrue a better defender. He is a little better at one particular thing (point-of-attack drop coverage vs shifty 6’4” and under guards) and worse at literally every other part of defense
The defense is pretty demonstrably worse now simply because they aren’t as multiple
But if Tatum takes a leap it doesn’t really matter because they will still be a good drop team thanks to the two guards up top and length on the wings
Miami wants no one who doesn’t care about being great or being in shape
Denver and LAL are probably closest thing to a young rivalry in the West. The sweep last year, the chirping since the playoffs between Michael Malone, LeBron, AD, etc.
NBA seems to be more about off court transactions and interpersonal drama rather than actual play on the court..
Nah. It's talking heads trying to make their money for 10 months out of the year. Plus the fantasy league types. I just watch it for entertainment. The 2 months of the playoffs is all that matters.
yup, been like that for 15 years, the product on the court is terrible they gotta sell something. NBA rating going down, NFL ratings are at ATH
What makes you think Tatum and Brown won't choke in playoffs again? Regardless of who they have added to the team
I’m happy Bill isn’t bias AT ALL. Just riding Boston.
Toronto not relinquishing either siakam or og is crazy and miami not shooting for either is crazier
The unhappy Embiid betting prop is hilarious. 😂
Is it weird that I have a feeling that Philadelphia is about to have a really good season? I've never had that feeling about Philly
Nope I think they are being slept on because of the Harden stuff
18:16 they stop talking about williams and start talking about Milwaukee
Whether Celtics or Bucks. Chip goes through Denver.
Ryen the GOAT!!!!!
I think Grant is the one that will be missed in some playoff series
"Those guys knew how to defend when they had to... and I'm not sure Milwaukee..... we'll see" Hahahahahaha
So far through the Preseason , the Celtics may be Unguardable if healthy and they play the right way
@22:55 shoutout Hong Kong lol!
Bills getting plenty of vitamin D ☀️
He’s trying to simultaneously tank team situation while proving that he is worth the money he passed up twice” …… this is unprecedented
💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
That strip by Jrue against Book was FUTURISTIC DEFENSE. 95% of the league would have made a terrible foul in a 1-posession game under 30 secs. Unbelievable! U really need to break down that thief. The Oop was just the cherry on top. Which he could have dribbled out til he got fouled
I’m audio only but came here for the comments 😭
Wish House was here to limit Simmons' take on Boston. Homer talked about the Cs for almost half of this video.
god damn billl it's NOT year-by-year with Giannis. look at his past. He is going to stay in Milwaukee and continue to put pressure on them to win.
Bro don’t even listen to this dude, he’s clearly Celtics fan and he talking out his butt
The Biggest Question is how do the Bucks Guard Boston cause I don’t see it
Hey Bill the Sixers added Mamba, Oubre, Green, and Beverly update your roster sheet my g
so who has best top 5 and best top 7. why is 6 the random number?
Giannis second best this century ahead of kobe lmao 🤣.. even it the man's death this guy Simmons can't manage not to hate.
Here is the problem with Boston Celtics. They're paying over $30 million each for four players. Meaning not a lot allocate for the bench.
Bucks bench don’t scare no one either and when you got the top 6 the Celtics have you just need decent depth
Those late possessions, who guards Denver? Mpj and Murray on the wings, Gordon cutting... they already won.
Why is the Unicorn a 'huge if' from everyone regarding injury, but nobody says this about an old Lopez? Time Lord's knee was an obvious concern because it was ALWAYS the knee. KP's injuries have been randomn.
Because Lopez doesn’t get hurt ?
@@davidramos4317Lopez got hurt in 2022 and only played 13 games...
I can tell u that harden 100% burned his bridges in the Nets organization , they dont want him back
Simmons said he'd take Booker over Tatum like 6 months ago. What the hell changed?
Frustration 😂
remembering he’s from Massachusetts
Robert Williams: 177 games played (last 4 years)
Kristaps Porzingis: 159 games (last 4 years)
Solid choice if you’re tired of the center always being hurt . Gotta have consistency
Lol Boston gonna have no gas when Playoffs come.
Lol his said Dame ain’t play an important game since 2019. When Dame had a 55 point game against the nuggets in 2021. Bill be tripping
Boston is about to be in for a rude awakening. They got weaker where the Bucks are the strongest. And then they're hoping White and Jrue will stop the second best PG in the league who has never played with another superstar before.
If anyone can give dame trouble it would be the Celtics with jrue and white
@@heartbreak25 white played really well against Butler. He wasn't the reason they lost.
@@tompratt7125nahh thats a terrible matchup for the celtics. Jokic will score 40 a game
Bill two days ago you brought that guy on to berate him when he brought up rob williams being in a trade lol
Bill says it became too hard for the Cs to score in 22 and 23, Jrue will only make that problem worse lmao
It's in the realm. I'm a Bucks fan, so if they win 3 consecutive rings or something I'm putting him high up there.
@@brianshaker1885 Realm of top 5? Sure. 2nd greatest? Not even close.
Maybe he meant players DRAFTED this century. My guess
Any conversation about Giannis being the "top this or that" needs to have Jokic right next to him now because those two are neck n neck legacy wise right now heading into the '24 season. To say Greek freak is the 2nd best player of this century makes Jokic right there with him in a tie. Prove me wrong.
Even then, Curry is still far ahead of him at this point. And I'd still have KD ahead of him at this moment.
Who's guarding Tatum?
Wonder if the suns tried to get myles turner ?
Has it actually been verified Raptors refused to trade for Durant if OG was included in the package?
Going from Smart for Holiday? Much much better.
Yea i wouldnt tact Jrue with bad shooting in the playoffs. it was his role being stretched thin, other Gianis and Jrue H. who would score with Middleton out?
Lol Tatum is the smallest 6’ 9” guy ever, Bill is a homer
Bro he’s pretty tall, he’s at least 6’8 and has been since we were like 17. Id believe he grew an inch in 8 years
Fox and Sabonis. people are forgetting about the Kings..Also Ja and JJJ, they will be there in the end of the season
50:02 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Who guards Jokic?
Johnnnnnyyyy Elwayyyyyy!!!
Horrid, and I mean horrid take.. can’t wait to see u proven so wrong lmaoo
At this point Bucks fans are in denial and delusional , Jrue was big for them 3 years ago and was the second option the last 2 years, Jrue Holiday most nights could be their 4th /5th option cause of the talent they got for the Celtics
When did Derrick White become Magic Johnson😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just like the Bucks perimeter defense is still an issue and got worse
@@tyriantaylor711 100%
There is definitely an aspect of risk to adding Lillard. He's not a below average defender, he's one of the worst in the league. Giannis and Lopez need to play at a first team all defense level because there's nobody to stop the ball.
Celts will more than likely have heath problems. And Jrue at his age has limited upside. Amd to give up that much to get him is a desperate move
Celts didn’t get better imo. Still not a title chasing roster
Bucks core:
Giannis: 28 (knee surgery this off-season)
Dame: 33, hasn’t played over 60 games in 2 years
Middleton: 32, already injured
Lopez: 35 and aging fast
The Celtics have health problems and limited upside? Give me a break lmaoo

the celts move was panic driven in response to the dame move imo, cost them their depth for a 33 yr old PG whose game is reliant on athleticism. if that's what they wanted they coulda got russ for 5% of what it cost for jrue. wait til mid-season when al horford needs to play 32 mins a night. plus considering JB's hesitation to be there, giving up those picks/swaps is gonna hurt one day
Boston relying on Porzingus who is more injury prone than AD and Hordford at 38 for interior defense will hurt tremendously especially in the playoffs.
They gave up othing
Your take lost a lot of credibility the minute you suggested adding Russell Westbrook to the lineup. It's funny how people are acting like the Celtics gave up the most important depth piece on the planet when the guy they gave up played 35 games last year and has average about 45 games the last five seasons.
I mean what would you give up for Robert Williams if your team was trading for him? I'm willing to bet you would value him as a pretty limited asset.
Comparing jrue and westbrook is hilarious, 1 good defensive playoffs for Russ doesn’t change the player he is or make him comparable to jrue
Oh my goddddd! Oh my godddddd!
Since AD leveled up last year, Idk if Dame and Giannis are better than AD and Bron
