You've done good work all throughout the years, and it'is nice to see that you do 'stand behind' your work too. I too, like that 'slick' bit of chain slinging there to help haul the '160' up over the beaver tail of the trailer. Cheers!
Poor 160 earned its keep again on that job. The messes you get yourself into and out of without loosing a machine or leaving a catastrophic mess makes for some great video, well done!
We use that concrete prep or primer on sewer lift stations on core holes that in the wrong place and mud up and core new ones sewer can not leak out that prep works good . It’s a quick Crete or Sack Crete product in a gallon bottle ( liquid you put on a rag and dap it on it drys quick and then mud it up
See this is good you do a job and if there's a problem then your back out and fixing it, in the grand scheme of things that little leak isn't going to be a massive issue some concrete will fix it and the customer will be happy. Good to see contractors stand over their work and garentee their efforts. From all the way over here in Northern Ireland UK I'm saying we'll done good job buddy.
Thanks for the follow up on a pond job. Sorry it was a leak but still a follow up nonetheless lol. Hope u had a very merry Christmas and always looking forward to what the new year brings your way work wise and I hope you have the best year ever in your personal/ family life !!! We all appreciate you chris !!! Your " daily " is our enjoyment watching you maneuver through it all !!
I remember the cow pond job, I got into an argument with somebody on your channel about you needing a wheel loader, I thought it was a ridiculous idea, off roaming with a wheel loader never pans out, the pond turn out really nice looks good chris
What do you do with all the bicycles, skateboards and other things you dug up from the pond? do you just re-bury them or pull them out with all the mud?
Dirt Boss Tri-County Masonry & Excavating try looking up agridrain.com they have trash racks similar if not the same as what Chris has and there made in the usa
That is what an old farm pond should look like. Can of worms and an old cane pole........ Sorry you had to go back. Sometimes it is the little things that will bite you. Does the 160 have a way to lock the swing in place or do you just chain it in place? Happy new year!!!
Yanmar is great reliable equipment. Love all your videos. You tell us what's going on. Great work. You have another of expertise You have learned how to do it right.
I’m not a fan of wood ramps and dovetails for that reason right there. I have open slat bar ramps and beaver tails to clean the tracks when loading and also they don’t slide around as much. We don’t always load excavators to be able to pull it on. The dozers and track loaders can’t pull their self on the trailer.
We watched you grout that ourselves.., nothing wrong with your grouting.., almost reminded me of the scene in Ghost when they were turning clay.., was sexual lmfao!.., but any hoo.., happy new year Chris to you and yours.
Sure tidied up that slippery slope well bro and yes good to see Tim back, made a good video anyway. 2020 is 8 hours away for me so I wish all other subscribers a happy new year.
Y’all use or ever tried concrete primer comes in 1 gallon jug makes hydraulic cement stick to the structure when you are muddling it up ? It’s about $ 11 at Lowe’s or Home Depot pour it on a rag and apply it to the pipe and the base or riser structure let it dry and mud it up .
Anyone complaining about wooden decks over steel obviously has never loaded a machine on a wet day on a steel deck. Wood is still the best material after rubber
I bet he does, before the concrete pump idea, many said the dragline was better than the Volvos for cleaning the ponds out. You gotta look a little further back on the videos.
I like that tilting coupler on your yanmar, is that a factory attachment or is it an aftermarket one, I have a 305 cat and would like to get one, but as you probably know cat products are outrageously priced so I lean towards aftermarket gear, and info would be appreciated...thanks homeboy!
I think chris got it about a year ago. He mentioned something about it recently, the company went out of business. I think it was calibre equipment or something. You should find a couple videos of when chris put it on
Chris I heard you say wasn't wanting to sled down the hill and hit a covered bicycle. Lol then Tim would need to get a pump to lower the water level. 🤔 Hey the pond with the leak, is that green stuff duck weed ? Our poor pond is covered with that stuff.
I see your enjoying the hydraulic ramps on the rampant trailer, they make nice trailers we had them make a custom one to haul our wolf drill attachments
Brian Hiles I just got my triple axle in just like Chris’s , but I regret not getting the hyd ramps. Going to add a spring to each ramp to see if that helps getting them up.
Didn't know it could be so nerve racking to watch heavy equipment being loaded onto a flatbed. I actually caught myself clutching the spoon halfway to my mouth.
Late December and you are all in shirt sleeves. Is it unusually hot there, or are you all working too hard to need an extra layer or two? We've been promised 35°C (95°F in old money) here tomorrow (NZ top of the South Island), but that might be because our air has been super-heated by Australia, the whole of which is on fire right now. The great thing about the trick with the chain when loading was not so much that it was a neat trick, but how quickly uncle John responded to the situation.
Welcome Back Tim !! Hope ya had a Great Christmas....... Come back to work, An Chris works ya to death with all that straw !! No, just kissing !! all in a days work. You guys got it looking Great as always !!! Have a Great Evening.....
Once the siphon is primed it sure beats a pump and won’t disturb the neighbors.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I like the fact you stand behind your work. If it ain't right you make it right. Love the channel
sometimes you need to dig with a small excavator to know how good it is to dig with the big one😉🙃
Mr.AJWorks you have a very cool ditching bucket and are very slick with it been watching a few of your videos

Siphon install, leakin and another pond done nice old yearsday job Chris, Happy new year and thanks for all your amazing content Letsdig18 👌👍⚠️
Neat chain trick for getting the 160 on the trailer when it had no grip.
How many years do you warranty your overflow installs?

Great jobs Chris! See you on 2020!! 🔝😁
Aha I have some idea what to wish you. I wish you never return to same spot in 2020 and everything goes smooth with new projects.
Happy New Year!!!!
nice job at the pond chris. she is lookin great and happy new year to ya.
Sucks to have to go back to jobs you thought you were done with, but it happens. At least you go back and make it right. 👍

Track equipment puts much less pressure on the ground.
Geoff Gyro is that going to be your new line for everything😂😂
Around here, a lot of the trailers have old conveyor belting bolted to the ramps to give some grip for loading machinery ...nice video
What do you do with all the bicycles, skateboards and other things you dug up from the pond? do you just re-bury them or pull them out with all the mud?
mix it in and send it off in the dump truck to surprise others haha
Have a happy new year Chris and thanks for the years worth of sharing :)
There's some expert work right there! Well done Chris! :-)
Awesome job looks great 👍
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Chris to you and yours
It's weird weather here, too.
One day it's -4 ° F and the next day it's 34 ° F.
Can you put a link to those overflow tops? Looks good

the dredged pond looks good chris, nice job man.

I always hated loading a excavator up with muddy tracks or a icy deck. The pucker factor it high on those jobs.

Nice vidio friend..
Good work...
Enjoyed the video thank you for sharing
Must be nice to have all the other people do all the work for you when all you do is sit and play with your sticks. Good job young man
Relly liked that video specially the loading part
I like the new trailer.
It would have been even funnier if Chris went in though. Lol God bless
Letsdig18, is that a Rampant tag trailer? I just bought one, and how well do y’all like it?
We watched you grout that ourselves.., nothing wrong with your grouting.., almost reminded me of the scene in Ghost when they were turning clay.., was sexual lmfao!.., but any hoo.., happy new year Chris to you and yours.
Get some hydraulic cement make it thick and work it in. You can stop water with it still flowing in.
Sure tidied up that slippery slope well bro and yes good to see Tim back, made a good video anyway. 2020 is 8 hours away for me so I wish all other subscribers a happy new year.
Ken Allen Happy New Year from Alberta, Canada! 26.5 hours from here!

@letsdig18 Have you ever tried /used Thoro Water Plug Hydraulic Cement on leaks such as this.. we've used it with great results on storm drain leaks

I am sorry Tim but that would've been funny if you slid in to the pond. Lol God bless
For sure stay away from that slope otherwise 10 years from now when they are ready to dredge, the Yanmar will get stuck in their concrete pump 😆

yeah those hydraulic ramps are worth every penny

Damn it Tim you had one task and now it failed. LMAO!

2 handfuls of hydraulic cement would work for me...

Hey Chris, where do you take the sediment when you dredge out the ponds?
Joel Hickey - the landfill. He answered that about 10 times in the first video of this series.
It’s liquid slop it will not compact in the landfill
Joel Hickey - well that’s where he said he hauls it, argue with. The expert,,,,,
nice work i remember this pond. first. ha ha ha.

So, is there a drive thru excavator wash on the way home

Where do you go with all that mud? I always had a hard time getting rid of the dirt and mud from the jobs that I was on.
I think they find farmers that want to fill in a pond.
They actually haul it to the landfill, that’s according to Chris in the first video of this pond job
