Hello Chris, great to see you back at this project and all the challenges you face in fixing up this dam project. Wishing you and your family all the best with the hurricane. Thanks Stephen
Prep, prep, and more prep, is the name of the game, ya know it !! Tell ya what Chris, that Big Smooth Bucket has really been your go too, ever since ya got it !! I believe that is really one of your main tools , when it comes to working on the pond jobs. It can get 2-3 different things done at one time , and really keeps ya moving on a lot faster on the job, and not have to come back to it !! Well, off to a great start, will really start to shape up pretty quick , i'm guessing !! Always does...lolol... Great as Always !! Have a Great Evening, And, On too the Next !! Yeah Man, that hurricane is getting Bigger all the time as we speak !! Looking like the "Low" is going to settle right over us here in Western Ky. in the next day or so !! looking like we are going to get 4-5 in. of rain out of this one, may be more ?? hard to tell just yet but, it is coming for a lot of us !!
Thanks for the update, that big pine did not really want to cooperate with you. You made good progress on the day and looks like you moved a lot of material as well. Already looks better, enjoyed watching.
I miss watching you dredge ponds. A few jobs was real sketchy when you helped John. Sometimes living on the edge with a good challenge makes the job that much better. Although after a while the stress accedes the thrill.
@@spamlessaccount I been watching since he ran the long reach on backhoe (iso) controls. I laughed my ass off on that video, I completely understood the aggravation
It's always amusing to watch you fold trees Chris. Haven't seen you in a dredging video for a long time now, not since you did that one in amongst the houses with the long neck(?). Looking forward to a sticky mucky video soon. I thought you said you had no mats. You taking those logs with you?
Busy beavers, you just opened that last week. Hope you and Geoff don`t get hit too bad from Hurricane Helena. Landfall tomorrow evening will be about 50 miles west of my location. The Pond Master working again to make a silk purse from a sow`s ear. How many hundreds of cubic yards of 'top soil' have you created clearing and dredging? Digging this mud is not soupy mud like the job with Uncle Jon. Don`t forget a drone video.
When you mentioned the water coming out by that row of houses up at the head section made me think of the time you got into the septic line at the storage unit project. It wouldn't be beneath some contractors to take advantage of an old swamp and run their leach field into it.
I was watching video of the pipeline fire in Houston and found the mother lode of mats (look at Google Maps 29.664377, -95.102045) - instantly thought of LD18.
Major hurricane coming up aimed at the Florida panhandle. You can see winds from 28 to 60 mph. And rain from 2 to 12 inches depending how it acts going through us. It has it reaching you Thursday night to Friday morning. Good luck and stay safe.
That's an even more accurate job description when doing custom work. Pulling the head with combine only works well when there's a good spot to hook back up.

Maybe Black Gumbo like in the Dallas area. And south - great for Cotton and planting. It can stick like glue. Dry hard. Crazy stuff to build a house on - pier and beam and rock and roll.
The people criticizing his machine must not have watched his video where he explains the machine has over 12,000 hours out in the woods. Thats respectable if you ask me.
Great job 👍🏻 3:13 love the whistle love how you did thumbs up love how you said definitely walking on water now that big pine tree was giving you a fit and I never seen a tree lean like that and not fall down love how you said I’m going to go get the grading bucket and fill it with fuel and that’s nice that he let you stay there 44:37 the way the bucket is tilted it looks like it’s broken
Nice to have an owner with their own equipment that you can coordinate with and get stuff done. He seems to do the time consuming things and have you do the part of the job that you are going to responsible for warrenty.
Once all that silt & organic matter's dried & decomposed there'll be a small mountain of topsoil to cover any bare patches & borrow pits. I'll take 30 tons if you can deliver to the UK. 😁
You work on the 9 Acre Pond. Open the Beaver Lake, that the Water can run down. Clear the Areal from the pull out Trees, how Your make a great Burn Heap. Interesting Video. How You the Beaver Lake Draining. Thanks, gladden my of the Continuation this Works. 💪👍
Can you imagine what it would be like if the original settlers of that area could be here now and witness those machines doing jobs that took them weeks and months of back breaking work to do, doing it in a few hours.
That was a ti ti ti tim tim tim ber finally. I thought It was going to slap back at the 330. How big is that beaver dam. Do you relocate the beaver or is it Sayonara??? Great job forming the head section. Thanks Chris good video.
Hello, I watch your videos. Could you clarify something for me? Why in the U.S. do they not work with closed cabins and air conditioning on to prevent dust from entering the electronic components of the cabin? Thank you very much if you can provide this information.
what would you guess the length of that pine tree you carried out ot be , in any measurement ? As you are correct it is had to gage on camera, Always great to watch and learn, thks.
Chris you should let him have a go in the 350 because he won’t to have a go to see what it’s like and if he likes it so he can buy one for a upgrade for his John deer excavator
Love watching the ponds being redone .

Praying that you and your loved ones are safe from the storm!
YES a pond job and playing in the MUD! Hopefully a BIG FIRE included!

So enjoying this project. Ur experience shows through n each project. Interesting to watch and learn. God's blessings and be safe!
Good catch with the leak. Another great project.
Saweet!! Those tilt buckets are an awesome attachment! I won't one badly. Good job
Your patience is incredible.
why do I find pond jobs so fun to watch?
Soon as I see a pond video from Chris, I stop everything im doing to watch lol
Thanks for the video Chris Like it and your doing work as usuel .
Once again you improve the land you're on. It's looking good, Chris. Can't wait until the next video.
Chris you’re good on the sticks.
Max every bucket and make it look easy.
Can’t wait to see the next video.
Hope you brought the drone
I agree having that setup with the thumb and grading bucket is very efficient 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
you did a lot of work, thanks for sharing your long day with us..
Your video has motivated me to try new methods on my farm. Thanks for the inspiration
This is the second pond video I've watched. Very interesting to watch and I noticed that you enjoy what you're doing.! Kudos. A fan in Texas
Watching other people use excavators, Chris is like watching an expert. There is a skill to this. Others just don’t have the same skill level.
Thanks let’s Dig have answered my prayers asked last week for this

First view once again. Watching your channel helped me greatly in the rebuild and expansion of my pond recently.

I hear Tannerite, does a fine job clearing beavers dams and makes for a good watch
Yeah it does relocate them fast
Not around housing when the pieces fall back to earth
Problem is there’s a suburb across the pond
Beavers went outta style in the 90’s…
@@crandonborth Yeah... but they're now making a comeback. Fashion is cyclical, you know.
when you damaged the beaver dam the first time, i was thinking to my self they would have that fixed in 24 hours. they are quick builders.
Chris that is going to be Awesome no doubt. 👍👍
Like old times. Familiar mud times. Will look great❤❤
Pond going to look great.
My favorite videos are the pond videos.🎉
I watched an old video of yours yesterday Chris where you transplanted your childhood tree, I hope the tree is doing well!
👍 Good luck with the upcoming hurricane remnants, Mean Helene, she's a doozy!
Your videos are THE BEST
I see the awe of your bucket has gone, That’s a big bucket Nelson mighty big bucket 😂
The bucket for the 350 has a unique ware pattern I’ve seen somewhere before🤔😂 Seems to work well on beaver issues 👍
Well never seen a tree lean that far and not fall till today one big pine tree and stubborn but you will have that from time to time 😎🇺🇸 NY

I swear, a Beaver can pack 10lbs of shrimp in a 10oz can!

If houses weren’t so close by I’d say that would be a good spot to have the local scout troop over and teach rifle sills. Beavers done.
just bought one of your long sleeve shirts trying to help support ya love watching you work and learning some stuff for me on my excavtor as well
good work
Nice video Chris.
