    Good video, Joe.
I look at it like this, covered turrets are generally for a set it and forget it type scope. You deer hunters who are sighted in at a given distance and understand what your MPBR (maximum point blank range) is are ususally best served with a covered turret type scope. For the target shooter, the exposed turrets are going to serve you better since you'll most likey be dialing up for distance. But with Christmas tree reticles you don't neccessarily have to. Even now some target type scopes are starting to come with caps on windage because it's easier to hold for wind than dial for it and the wind may change before you take the shot anyway. My $.02

Simple and to the point. Genius, Genius, Genius. I like exposed locking turrets the best, because I’m lazy, or I’ll probably loose the damn caps. Probably both. lol

I've got a pretty nice collection of random turret caps that I find at the range that people lose. If it comes off the scope, put it in your pocket! At least that way you can find it in the laundry a week later!

Joe, thanks. You might also consider a short video on which way to dial the turret to adjust elevation and/or windage. It is counter intuitive. Remember you are adjusting for point of impact, not point of aim. I use an acronym - DCLC - which stands for Down Clockwise, Left Clockwise. If you watch your short video you will see the crosshairs move left as you rotate the windage turret clockwise. The old days of midgets in bikinis, Coors beer, and nipple twisters seem like yesterday. Take care.

Honestly, I'll probably never buy a scope with capped turrets again. Not a hunter and I love just reaching up and being able to dial for any shenanigans mother nature may throw my way!😅

Calll em “Turn-Its” once, at the gun range & see how fast you get corrected.
    LOL😂
It’s like nails across a chalkboard.

Why has no other company done what Kahles has done with the parallax on the elevation turret?!?
Do they hold some extremely long patent on that?
IMO it is clearly the best place to put a parallax knob (and it makes any scope more ambi)

Yesterday at the range, you would have seen a clinical example of “turret syndrome” Random swearing, much nipple twisting, coupled with an extreme inability to get my ticks lined up on zero.
I went home & administered medicine & grilled a steak.
      It helped.
I don’t shoot better, but at least I no longer cared.
