In this episode, we begin our assault on Durlag's Tower, one of the hardest areas in the game. Pretty ballsy for episode 2, but we'll see what we can make of it!

At first I felt dumb for just following along and not going on my own journey... But I haven't really played it since I was a kid and I never got anywhere. Glad it helped you get back into it dude! That series we didn't go too far, I think, there's maybe 6 episodes? But recently I did a solo monk playthrough of BG 1 and 2 on the hardest difficulty... wouldn't recommend following along on that one though! Although the path is probably valid for any playthrough style
Nice vid, I used to play just like you until I realized that ranged weapons make it a lot easier. I didn't care if my wizard only had proficiency on a dagger, I bought him a lot of throwing daggers. I saved his spells for when I really needed it. Keep up the good work.

Yup, I did a solo monk playthrough on the hardest difficulty, and bg1 was essentially slings for most of it. Ranged really is king.
