1 Hour of Extreme Freight Trains on the Cajon Pass

Various Union Pacific and BNSF freight trains tackling the steep grades of the Cajon Pass in early 2023. Large amounts of snow have blanketed the Southern California mountains as of late, creating some beautiful backdrops, especially in the Cajon Pass.

What an awesome video! I've barely started watching it and I'm already blown away by all aspects - your production values, your compositions, your cinematography skills. It's all great. I especially love the opening scene long shots paralleling the highway with the trains negotiating the turns at speed -- really gives a sense of scale and immensity to these subjects.
