Sugar Puffs mixed with Frosties was one of my go tos when I was a kid when you're older siblings had raided the cupboard before you got there and only left like a quarter bowls worth of each cereal! 😂 I'm 30 years old and it's still my favourite cereal. Put the sugar puffs in first then top them off with frosties, unreal ✌
I use sugar on most of those types but with a lot less milk..the amount of milk you took down in this challenge is super impressive as well..no small task. You're a man among boys.

Beard. You should go to a city and try to beat every food challenge in it. Call it Chronicles of Beard: The Quest to Conquer ALL. Have a cartoon map with all the locations with food challenges I the city your in and keep track of your the results. Obv updating each episode. And have the video look like a video game hud for assassins creed or something. Each town is a new miniseries of the quest to conquer all. It’d be uuuuge.

Hey that would be more than I would want on Saturday but not more than looks possible. Regular breakfast was box of pop tarts or four McDonald’s cinnamon danish’s and a quart of milk. I wasn’t even a pudgy kid just may be a little. How I avoided sugar diabetes was strictly up to God!!
Sultana bran is my go-to. I do refer to it as my “mush” though, as I leave the milk in there for a good half hour before I eat them. Fills me up for hours!

Jay Fletcher That's probably exactly why, if they're bland or something you don't really like you'll eat it slower. Throw a couple in that will slow you down to try and run down the clock, otherwise you could just cover everything in sugar so that's all you taste and power through it.

Damn, Adam makes me hungry every time he eats. If I eat while I'm watching him, I will eat just a bit more. But since I've been doing chemo it usually takes away my appetite, and I was losing weight like crazy. I am eating healthy, but it isn't hurting me any. I just won't ever eat like Adam does.
sugar puffs? Hmm. Here in the U.S. they’re called Sugar/honey smacks lol. Frosties 🤔. Here in the U.S. they’re called Frosted Flakes hehehe. Then we have coco pebbles or coco Krispies. Coco pebbles is from post while coco Krispies are from Kelloggs. Shreddies for us is called Chex Rice cereal. Might be correct. I haven’t eaten cereal in yeeears. Golden Nuggets are called here Corn pops. If they are identical. Not sure about the second from the last. The last one looks like Golden Grahams cereal. Which is what the cereal is called here. Nice work!

That's honestly more cereal than I've eaten in the last 15 years. Reminds me of a story of when I was in Bootcamp. Dude ate so much cereal and so fast every day of bootcamp that it actually tore up the lining of his intestines and he shat blood for a while. Can't be healthy eating that much lol.

I've watched a lot of Beard videos, but to me the two toughest have been this one and a huge burrito one he did in August 2022 which had a massive, thick short burrito which had to be cut up and had five pounds of filling!
