Pistachio syrup is very easy! I make homemade syrups for our little coffee shop and literally make a simple syrup of equal parts brown sugar and water then fine chop the nuts and simmer in with the syrup. Strain and enjoy!!

It's in your supplements. it can make you overly estrogenic, it does me, gives me intensely sore breasts and a heavy period and bad pms which is not normal for me at all, at one point I thought I had early perimenopause and realized it was maca, went off of it, and FINE. I keep telling women this but they don't believe me because of so much advertising about maca being some magic 'balancing' root but it's not balancing, that is an oversimplification myth about women's complex hormone regulation. Cousins are childhood best friends. I have 2 baby cousins that are 16 and 17 years younger. They were born each from 2 diff Aunts each at age 40. I also have an Aunt that is the same age as the 2 oldest cousins…
I make candied orange peel at Christmas time and the syrup after peels are out is delicious in my coffee for weeks afterwards. It’s a bit of a process but super easy. 🌺

I LOVE the South Congress area. I went to Austin once and although I wasn't thrilled about how non-pedestrian friendly it is, the South Congress area was my favorite and I loved the Barton Springs. Yes, I realize it's very touristy, but I enjoyed it! 😍

If I recall correctly, she got it at The Limited Express (I think ) when they were going out of business a couple months back. She has it linked on a video if you want to search for it. She said she wears that square neck tank in several colors.
Be very careful about gluten free bread/cookie/donut/etc whose primary ingredients are alternative starches like rice and tapioca flour. They are a fast train to diabetes type II - higher glycemic loads causing even larger glucose and insulin spikes than wheat flour. Glucose spikes underpin many health issues such as inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. There are gluten free options made with almond and coconut flour that keep glucose steady without large spikes.

Yuca flour the main ingredient in Brazi bites is very delicious, it's a super interesting texture. I did my own pão de queijo a few months ago and we were addicted to them.
