What a stupid reason to kill a character off. If it's to move them forward how can they if they r killed off? Killing Cassie was the stupidest thing they ever did. Joshua was right about it affecting every character after that. It drove Nick and Sharon apart and pushed Nick to Phillis and Sharon to Brad and Jack. Daniel and Lilly got married. It just changed the whole show. I don't watch it any more. I watched it 10 years. 1997-2007 Cassie's death was the saddest story I saw.
