    Eek... those questions. FAILLL!! 😂 I really like your concept of taking 1 day a week to rest and recover in EVERY way, not just by not working out. Balance is tough for me, with a sleep disorder and working 60+ hours a week. But Ithink i can incorporate that somewhat easily, as opposed to trying to change EVERY day.

      Yea its not easy when you work so many hours is it! Are your work hours consistent or do you do shift work like some days and then nights?
