Ginger tea was wonderful for getting me through the throes of vestibular migraine. I enjoyed it so much i started drinking it routinely every mid morning. Then, one weekend I made a stir fry with fresh ginger. The following morning, I took 1 sip of my ginger tea and my heart started pounding and my face turned beet red. I had an allergic reaction! Too bad, so sad. I had to quit! 😭
Seems like most of these herbs he spoke about were more for pain than for building bone. I thought there were herbs like horsetail that had silica and things like that the could actually specifically work on osteoporosis
@@Savannah-ed4rv my understanding is the inflammation which is causing pain is also breaking down bone faster. So by decreasing inflammation you help both pain and bones. But maybe I got that wrong.
I use turmeric roots and ginger roots and green tea everyday- no more neck and hip pain
