I finished it!!
There's a lot of my understanding of Hollowknight story in the animation.Maybe...it is different with the game.But I hope you can enjoy it!!!!
On the other hand,after thinking, I only made a few English subtitles in animation.Because I found that my English is so poor that the subtitles are very unprofessional(つД`)I don't want inaccurate subtitles like this to affect your viewing,so I ended up not adding English lyrics.
But I will send the Chinese lyrics,and you can use the translator if you like.
I think I learned a lot in making the workXD.

@@billsans3715 bro you just translate A LOT of words (that have meaning) into names. for example, "Biwei(彼威)" is not a name. "Bi(彼)" means "his", and "wei(威)" means "powerful". So it should be "His powerful name". What's more, "famous noble Lu Wang(名爵祿望)" is also not a person. The whole phrase means "wealth and fame". Tho it translates to "Holy Nest(聖巢)" in Chinese, it is called "Hallownest" in English. Also, "Yi Jue(義絕)" supposed to mean "duty had end".
Overall, you made me feel like you just Google translated this.

Yeah basically what I means is that you can choose to take the hollow knight’s place as the pale king wanted, and be the perfect hollow vessel with no mind or will.
OR if you choose to get the true ending you can go beyond what you were created for, gaining a will of your own and coming up with a way to end the infection for good. No longer are you the perfect vessel, but you fulfilled your purpose on your own terms

I just watched this again and just noticed that the spirits of the Vessels who look at the Knight at 3:47 and 3:50 only appear after the Knight uses the Mothwing Cloak and the Monarch Wings that they got from them. It’s like they’re happy and proud that their abilities were used to help.
Siblings will always accompany knight forward.

3:45 made me feel the pure hype of that final climb all over again. Seeing the shades of fallen vessels rising up with you as you race to a terrified Radiance left me shaking. Never has a game made me feel like that before to such an extent, and I highly doubt a game will match that intensity for a long time. Amazing stuff.
The vessel that's shown is actually the vessels that has the dash and the double jump which is a really great detail

This is one of the best hollow knight animations I've ever seen
The final scenes involving the radiance fight are all so good??? The flash backs to the knights climb in the abyss, the text that appears during the fight, and the ghosts of the vessels the knight got their abilities from appearing with them as they climbed are all so so good. You've absolutely outdone yourself and it's amazing.

This is my favorite Hollow Knight animation. I think your version of the story is like how I saw the story too. The Vessel that we play as is not empty, and the other Vessels had emotions too. The Vessel we play as overcomes their fate and overcomes their past. I think your animation shows that very well. This made me very emotional. I really love the ending where all of the Vessel’s siblings come out and support them when they fight the Radiance!

@@f-n-chabry6407 yes! It’s why I really like to think that the vessels all have emotion. I think that the story much more touching if you think that way.
The Pale King's plan was to create an empty vessel. Most of the vessels failed, but one didn't. This pure vessel had no mind, no will, no voice. However, (evidenced by the path of pain cutscene) the Pale King messed up his own plan by making pure vessel like him. This is what caused the downfall of hallownest. If the Pale King was not affectionate toward pure vessel, then it wouldn't have failed.
I think that Ghost has no mind, will, soul or voice, but the shade does, based on the Radiance cutscene.
They need to be hollow to seal it, but what does it matter if you simply destroy the root of the problem? No emotions + stopgap measure = eventual failure, but emotions + beating the shit out of it = no more problem, plus no moral dilemma about having emotions
“Obtain the mind acquire the will no longer a vessel no longer the hollow knight” gave me chills. I am not sure who it was referred to, but the beautiful thing about this game is that whenever any dialogue pops up it can be referred to anything/ anyone in the game
It's referring to the Knight, (The luttle character you play as) and how they have accepted the void within themselves and rejected their role as the next Hollow Knight.

Words cannot say how much I love this!, BUT! I will say, I love the Scene with Zote, the way he moves is so smooth for some reason, and Ghost just cleaning/sharpening his nail in response is funny to me.
It's cool how everyone except the hollow knight has facial expressions, truly a hollow knight
Another thing I wanted to point out is how in the text and ending it shows how the Hollow Knight is being manipulated, he thought he was doing something good, that's what the shadows said to him and they've been by his side since everything, they couldn't be lying, right? ;)

Hollow knight возможно является для одной из самых любимых игр. Ни одну игру я, не проходил с такой любовью даже используя гайды. Я всё равно одержимо лез в каждый уголок как и многие игроки не хотел идти в Глубинное Гнездо и мучился с Лучезарностью больше полугода.
Всё что я ещё не смог покорить это Пантеоны Болоискательцы. Застрял на четвёртом.
Я фанат и буду ждать Silksong столько сколько потребуется. Даже если я не смогу поиграть в него неважно почему я буду засматривать ролики про этот мир жуков в масках.

This is absolutely stunning, ever part is so intricate and gorgeous. The angles are so dynamic, the movement so smooth, the pacing and transitions are perfect. Truly one of the best animations I've ever seen, I hope it gains more traction.

I LOVE the way you portray the siblings and the void in this animation. It’s absolutely stunning. And the little moments, like zote blabbing off in a cage or that bit where sly gives the knight the nailmaster charm were just brilliant. That was extremely impressive!

I love how smooth this is, and to anyone, I hope you're having a good day/night.
This is so good that i put a like halfway through, then at the end i took it out just to put it again.
This is seriously some next level animation, you managed to tell the story in such a good way, and still have room for little things that wheren't in the game, but still give flavour (like the scene with the king and the citizens), or that where, but don't affect the main story (like the Godseeker, Grimmchild, and even Cloth helping the Knight against the Traitor Lord).
You even managed to show emotions in a good way, and the transitions were smooth af.
This is truly an awesome animation.
I love how Ellina is at the very start anticipating recording the secrets of this kingdom, all the characters that played part in its story and the wondrous journey of the vessel who saved it after too long

Finally someone not referring to the 'dream no more' ending as the ending where 'you become truly hollow'.
At 3:47 the two dead vessels are the dead vessel in the first hornet fight, and the other is broken vessel. The attention to detail in this is INSANE!
Each of them appear after the knight uses the ability the vessels gave them
(the mothwing cloak with the hornet fight one and the monarch wings with broken vessel)

This further cements in my mind the idea that The Knight is one the most badass characters in gaming. They’re a tiny bug who nobody knows that appears from who-the-hell-knows-where, climbs their way to the top, transcends all their foes, and then kills a god for the good of the people who they only just met.
