    Ours just blew out today after at least 10yr of hard use. Seals lasted longer than the engine 😂. Thanks for the video!

      I just ordered it off of Amazon, just ordered a seal kit for a 4” cylinder with a 1.75” rod.

      I believe you need to measure your cylinder size to know which rebuild kit to buy. Thanks and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks again!

    Was there a screw or something that you took out for the face plate to get pipe out of black cylinder?

    • @HodgePodgeHoosiers
      @HodgePodgeHoosiers  9 месяцев назад

      Yes a bolt with a washer which I re-installed after I put it back into. Close to the end of the video I believe. Thanks for watching.

      @@HodgePodgeHoosiers Thank you. I tried looking for something to unscrew with an Allen wrench or screw driver on my 8 year old county line but there was nothing there except a threaded hole. I originally thought maybe head got stripped out at factory. I just started hammering the plate back and removed the clip. Anyhow, I got seals replaced at an hydraulic shop and everything when back together just fine. Thanks.

      @@brianl5445 it must have fell out and got lost. I guess the vibration of the splitter may have caused that to happen. I know I have to tighten up most of my bolts on my splitter every once in a while because they work loose. Thanks for watching and sharing.
