Hi, I'm sathya your new subscriber, I'm in the age of 44, unfortunately I'm having osteoarthritis in the knee, doctor suggests partial knee replacement, but with two kids now I don't want to do that surgery, Then Dr suggested to reduce my weight through diet,and asked to do some knee exercises, but this is a temporary solution.. But I want to reduce atteast 10kgs..could you please suggest some diet plan and exercises that does not affect my knees to reduce weight...
