I have to admit, about the only thing I could have seen really differently at Simon kneeling might have been an almost laughing Alucard going "Oh, on your feet, Belmont, that position ill suits you. Trevor and I have called one another worse and yet still remained friends."

Yeah that’s be really cool. Pretty sure all the belmonts would have different reactions though. Leon would be Glad that his friend is finally at rest. Trevor would be like “Holy Sh*t! You actually did it!” Christopher due to having to fight his own son due to Dracula surviving his defeat the first time the two fought would he overjoyed by this. Soleil would be relieved that no one else would go through what he did. Simon would be incredibly proud. Juste probably because he never fought Dracula but instead a manifestation of him wouldn’t get the gravity of the accomplishment but would know it’s a big deal. And of course there’s Richter. He’s probably the most chill out of all the belmonts and would say “Hey congrats. You did your family proud Julius. Or should I call you Grandson.”
If I recall, his voice sounds similar to the Simon Belmont character in the 80's classic cartoon Captain N the Game Master. God I'm old....& so is this comment I'm replying to...

Man, Even though Simon and Richter have met even though they're family and so are the rest of the Belmont family members Simon Belmont and Alucard could've met each other earlier, from the start, or from the beginning but Simon and Alucard were finally able to meet and become friends before Alucard met Trevor Belmont, Richter Belmont, and Sypha Belnades.
Wouldn't be surprised if Simon whipped her into submission, lmfao 😂 However, I'm pretty sure it would be similar to how Simon reacted to Alucard here, nothing more than a misunderstanding between the Belmonts and Bayonetta in the beginning. The Belmonts are more than just mindless brutes who slay any form of the supernatural they come across

I’ll admit, when you have a lot of characters that have VERY nuanced, troubled, and complicated lives, it is refreshing to have a character like Simon who takes a much more simple and realistically optimistic approach to his duty (I’m guessing it’s because he appreciated all of the nuance and trouble that he chose a much more direct and impassioned approach to life).
I love that song in the background, i remember that song from Symphony of The Night... I on purpose was staying in Reversed Library and Reversed Underground to just listen to that music...

Also, I liked the changes on Simon's personality, it also belive it matches him better, but still, if we want to have a concrete personality, we must wait to see what Netflix can brought to us. I liked the voice acting, it feels natural and accord to each character, Simon feels like a very prideful, but not arrogant and brave man, Richter as a courageous young soul and with justice as his main strength. And Alucard, what I can say about him, he is almost every time the voice of the reason in the teams. In what music concerns, putting Lost Painting was a good decision. PD: Nice reference to Luigi being executed by Death, by the way (no? :v)?.

If you say that Alucard’s voice was influenced by the anime, then I say his anime voice was influenced by his PS1 voice. And the anime is the closest to have a PS1 Alucard and PSP Dracula voiceoff.
