I am in my 14th year of walking and it has made a big difference in my life. Also, most days before I walk, I will spend 20 minutes on a cardio strider, and that helps me to warm up. I have a 40 ounce water cup that I drink twice each day. I will continue with these things as long as I am physically able. Unfortunately, I cannot do the weighted vest according to my doctor. I will be 62 this year and I am still able to snow ski with my family. I have been blessed immeasurably.
