@@BabyBugBug yes the West especially influenced by the liberal philosophers became arrogant and think that they know everything and don’t need God and when things go bad, they blame God, it’s never their own fault, other people’s fault or the devil’s. They dare to judge the holy God because things went wrong in their lives or in the world when they themselves are filthy sinners and committed a lot of sins and mistakes deliberately or not.

Thanks for your story, my brother. I believe the ancestors of the Navajo are mentioned in the Bible as those descended from Ishmail's firstborn son Nebaioth (in Hebrew, the "b" softens to a "v" sound when occurring in the middle of a word). According to the International Standard Bible Encyclopedia, "the name occurs frequently in Assyrian inscriptions. The tribe must have had a conspicuous place among the northern Arabs. Josephus, followed by Jerome, regarded Nebaioth as identical with the Nabateans, the great trading community and ally of Rome, whose capital and stronghold was Petra." The Nabateans were known for their pottery, livestock herding, smoke signals, and ambush tactics. Eventually, they disappeared from the Arabian peninsula when the world learned of tsunamis in the Red Sea region. I believe some then sailed to the New World, while others went eastward into places such as China and Russia. The Bible has an important prophecy about the Nebaioth in Isaiah 60. I believe that Adonai preserved the Navajo until these last days in order to present sacred offerings to the Messiah when he returns.

the Church always prospered and grew under persecution, because people understand their need for God as their only hope in this fallen world much clearer
@@ant_life_4ever It's usually prolonged peace, combined with infiltration by the enemy (often through education) that blinds men's eyes to their need for Christ. E.g. America was a Christian nation for about 150 years, until education became secularized.
Sometimes hardship that comes from things outside of persecution can cause people to see their need for God. I think that's why America prospered for so long.

So powerful to learn how the North Korean church is growing at a faster rate than ever, wow 😮💨 Living in Thailand as a believer, it’s just amazing to see how the Lord is working out here in Asia, in Korea, China, Japan, Thailand-no obstacles are too great to withstand the trumpets of salvation; so many people are coming to Jesus irrespective of culture race or ethnicity-Hallelujah!
As a European that is witnessing a decline in faith in countries that once were deeply Christian, it's incredible to hear that in many countries the situation is quite the opposite and lots of people are turning to Christ. This relieves my heart
I watched a video about the Chinese Christians who also only have page's of the bible, and have mastered every verse on those pages by heart. Yet as who not being persecuted can hardly master 10 verse's..
I was a missionary in Korea in the 70's. My favorite church was in a village in a hut on a dirt floor. The people asked me about America. They said they would pray that God would send missionaries to America. Their simplicity touched me deeply. I found the Koreans to be in love with Christ. Many were persecuted for various reasons. Once I spoke in a youth rally for Campus crusade for Christ. There were over 3,000 young adults enthused for Jesus. I will never for get their vibrant singing. Their faces aglow. Their politeness warmed my heart. One of my most impressive memories was a time I sat by a lake at a Christian college watching students stand on a raft holding candles in the evening glow. They sang from their heart, "I'd rather have Jesus than anything?" That after glow remained with me! From the orphans singing gustily, "With Jesus in the family-happy home and Yes Jesus loves me.' To a Bible study with 20 adult singing acapella- "Jesus is all the world to me." I learned that music was their way of expressing their deep faith in Christ! They converted me.
I was still an orphan in Inchon in ‘71. Thank you for being a missionary in Korea! I pray that N Korea will be free to Worship to God in Freedom one day!
I lost my nephew in January of this year. Three days after the accident, after not eating for 72 hours, and feeling she might die from a broken heart, my sister got down on her hands and knees and prayed to God. First, she spent about 10 minutes thanking him for everything she has in this life. Finally, after listing everything she could think of, she began to ask God for help. Before she even finished asking, God spoke to her in a clear, booming voice, and said “I have him, be joyful, he is with me!” She stood up, sat on her couch, stunned, then felt a presence in the room room which terrified her. She closed her eyes and felt the air moving as though someone was in the room, yet no one was there. Then, while paralyzed with fear, thinking she was being demonically attacked, a warm sensation began to pour from the top of her head, and then the same voice said, “This is me. I am blanketing you with the Holy Spirit for your comfort.” She didn’t know at the time that Jesus also referred to the Holy Spirit as the comforter. In that moment, God took away the worst of my sister’s pain and feelings of loss. It’s something you have to see to believe. The point is, believe God fully. And talk about the work he does in your life. The Bible is 100% true - even the first book of Genesis. This means we live under a firmament, not on a planet. This is by far the biggest lie that keeps people from believing.
Great journalism as always! North and South Korean christians are very brave people, and I'm amazed by the strength of their faith. May God be with the people of Korea through these daring times.
@@AMightyFortress You know well what I meant, I wasn't very aware of christians in Korea, I sort of supposed it would be a similar case to Japan, and while of course all things good come from God, it is not denying anything to be surprised by the lentghs that Korean missionaries and North Koreans go through to worship God which is something often unheard of here in the west, where some people are too lazy to go to church on Sundays (which I used to be before.)
@@AMightyFortress it's ok to be amazed, sometimes we are too closed in our bubbles we don't see God at work. So for God to bring JOY and HOPE even to believers in the west, it is a good thing. I would be more curious as to why someone would not take joy in God working in oppressive places...
Jesus Himself was amazed at the faith of the Centurion. I am pretty sure he was amazed at the faith of the gentile woman asking for scraps from the table. If Jesus could be amazed by someone’s faith, then it is no shame for us to also be amazed.
All these make me remember a singular verse. Psalms 23:4 (A Psalm of David) Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff- they comfort me.
I grew up christian but fell away from the Lord as I got older. In 2021 i moved to Korea to teach and was invited to an English church here. It has changed my life and restored my faith and I’m so thankful. I never imagined this is what my life would look like after moving here tbh. The ppl here are very passionate and its so interesting how many different services and outreach works there are. I am saddened that Korea unfortunately also has a lot of false teachers (사이비/cults) but there are many biblically based churches here working to help those in these cults. Anyways great work on these videos and I pray one day North Koreans will be able to practice their faith openly. 축복합니다!

I never comment on videos but this time I had to. As I finished this third episodes, I fall on my knees crying, realising how great our Lord is ! I realised how strong the faith of our brothers and sisters in North Korea is, them who suffer and die because of their faith in Christ even though they may have not access to the whole Bible ! I cried because I realised how I struggle to put Jesus in the center of my life with all the comfort I have. I cried because I've realised how in my country in the center of Europe, we struggle to proclaim His Kingdom and we may need to be strengthened by the Holy Spirit because we may be spiritually poor. I pray that here in my country, Switzerland, and in Europe, we could see again generations fulfilled by the presence of God and not afraid to walk and die for Him, because He is the one that matters ! Radical team, I'm always astonished by the quality of your videos, continue the good work !
I am from the Philippines and I am praying for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ at North Korea. May Jesus cover them with his precious blood from any harm that the enemy has in store for them. Stay firm in his word and you will reap your reward in heaven
It's South Korea in a huge risk. You know the saying "Nero Killed Christians and Constantin killed....". Comfort is a big hurdle for Christianity. May the Spirit of the Lord ignite places like the South Korea, USA.... But Glory be to God for the North. The Gospel will always win.
i love this. i think back to when i get on a plane, i'm never more confronted with my mortality as i am when flying, and it's that confrontation that pushes me even more towards Jesus. likewise, for they that face persecution it keeps them close the cross. but they who are comfortable have the freedom to second-guess. i pray with you that the church is confronted by their mortality and choose the path of holy, refining fire.
Two weeks ago God put it in my heart to start praying for North Korea & specifically for Kim. Be encouraged and let us faithfullly believe our God is able. Thank you for this production. One recommendation, footnote the sources you were reading from.
Since a few months i do the same , i pray for that man, because his grandfather was a Christian , so the evil one stole this family, i pray each day, that the holy Spirit dwell on them . And many be saved
God has put the same desire on me! I was initially getting those thoughts of “I hope North Korea” can be free from that dictator and then changed my thoughts, instead, I’m praying that God saves this man!!!!
How happy it is to see my brothers and sisters from different countries here in the comments! Friends, please pray for my country too (I live in Russia). There are a lot of good and sincere Christians here, but we can’t do anything on our own, we need God’s help and His wisdom. It pains me greatly to see the suffering of those whom I cannot help. I try to pray, but so far my prayers have not been answered... My country really needs God
Years ago, when news of humongous revivals and church attendance in S. Korea was going around, I heard someone once joke, to the effect of, "If the numbers are to be believed, the entire population of S. Korea has been saved three times." On a serious note, I also read the following about house churches in communist China, "In China, a small group of believers gathered weekly in the back room of a small store to worship together. Since they could easily be overheard by anyone who entered the store, they engaged in what they called, 'silent singing.' Someone would whisper the name of the song they would like to sing, and they would silently move their lips as they simply thought of the words and music." Such powerful beauty, even in silence.
According to the recent poll from pew research center Christians was 32% of the Korean population in 2023.(Buddhists were 14% and non religious were 52%). But among those who are not religious, those who once had Christian belief but not now was 17% of the population. More and more people are leaving the church in Korea. It’s devastating. I will pray for Korea’s spiritual revival again.
Yes. Persecution makes the church thrive and the kingdom grow. In our fallen state, we only respond to hardships. It will be glorious when Jesus returns and sets us free from these bodies and this sin cursed world
"disparity" has a different meaning... "poverty" is the word you are looking for. And yes, I agree. And Satan knows that too. He doesn't like to see us humans living without pain, but he knows he can get more of us in the long run if he hides his fangs for the time being. But Jesus is Lord of all!
I remember as an African we had a preacher one sunday who had the previlege to vist Chinese hidden churches and he said they take the gospel/faith soo serious unlike here in e. Africa because of persecution. He prepared a 2 hr sermon and had to preach for hours because they just wanted more. The bible was not complete but in peaces of papers and every word was soo valuable to them. And because of that they have alot of biblical miracles still taking place their unlike here which is mostly history . In the end the preacher just told us not to take advantage of the grace we have here (Tanzania) and be lazy in faith. That was in 2013 hope currently/future the pentecostal churches have more freedom and get more recognition in persecuted countries.
Dear Lord. I see what you are doing right under the devil's nose. I have said yes. I am willing to pray, to give and to go to the unreached. As you lead and open up the doors, I will follow, heralding this gospel with all the fervor I can muster. Glory to God forevermore. 🔥
Yeah, prayer has been the hallmark of the Korean church... We've studied Korea in our Asian history in high school... And I've heard how poor South Korea was after the Korean War... Like dead poor kind of poor... But man... Hearing of the zeal of the Korean church in praying... That's awesome! There are no such thing as "super Christians" but... Prayer do change the praying person... If you want to change as a Christian... Wow... Pray...
Yes they were as poor as Eritrea, but when the Christian faith came , with the American soldiers, 1950 , SK has expended in wealth, but every nation, with wealth let go of God .
"And so that's how Christians become Christian in North Korea, through hearing the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit grants them the faith to be weak towards the Lord." That is the only way to become a true Christian anywhere else in this world (Rom 10:17). So many in the free countries of the world have taken up the name 'Christian' but do not know or rely on Christ at all. Dear Lord, have mercy upon your people and upon your persecuted church!
In the free world today, many have much to lose in their minds if they publicly identify as a Christian and hold firm to the Christian doctrine. In North Korea they already see life as not worth living and in persecution and starvation, so they seek Jesus because they're is already nothing else for them to lose. They seek the one that said if you lose your life for Him you will gain it.
You are great brother God bless you please make one video about Eritrean persecuted church Eritrea 🇪🇷is called the North Korea of Africa. ALMOST 150000 Christians are in prison many pastors were killed or disappeared. I was in prison I am eyewitness. 🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷
Sorry, Tesfaya. I was asking the Lord’s blessing on you for your sacrifice. The reason for the Korean language is in part the topic about Korean Christians and Korean Presbyterians and others like Baptists.
"To believe that there is a place too hard to reach, or a people group too lost is to believe in a God that can only do easy things. We do not believe in a week God. We believe a God of hard to reach people" That was a powerful quote at the end of the video.
My heart cries for both Korea's . since I read a book called ''Tears of my soul, many years ago now, I've had a heart for this country, I pray for revival in the South..and freedom in the North.I've read about 15 books on the escapees from the North, and also see the problems it may bring if the North open to the South.. but I keep praying, and asking God to please hear our prayers!!
Notice how the people who God blessed with freedom of choice, chose and choose to ignore him. But those who have no religious freedom and or freedom at all, choose to acknowledge him. This is clear statistics as to why God allows bad things to happen, people would see no need for God and lose their way. It’s in our most vulnerable moments can we see the truth, that we are nothing without him. God have mercy for our brothers and sisters who face persecution for His name sake, may they inherit the kingdom of God !

Because our King Jesus was also persecuted, and after His resurrection He went to a great persecutor of Christians named Saul, and healed His sight and made him the greatest evangelist in history. From that moment he became known as Paul and wrote most of the New Testament in the Bible while being persecuted himself in a prison cell for his faith in Jesus.
My husband and I are going to South Korea in October. On our first Sunday we had planned to go to the Presbyterian church. So looking forward to be sitting in Gods presence while on our holiday.

Isn't it ironic that Kim Il Sung's grandfather was a Presbyterian minister and he even asked a Christian minister to pray with him before a surgical procedure!!

18:02 The Korean church has their discipline for prayer. There's a tradition called "Se-Byuck-Gi-Do", early morning prayer. You can find people praying in church every morning at 5 AM. Perhaps, we can join them in and pray for the people in North Korea and for the church in South Korea. And maybe a glorious revival is just around the corner.
This gave me a lot of hope. I have relatives in North Korea whom I've never met and I've always been worried they might never hear the Gospel. I completely forgot just who our God is, and I'll just have to trust and pray that He's moving even there. Thanks for the beautiful video!
I believe its not a coincidence that I watched this late in the evening. When you mentioned about the early morning prayer it was 10:55 pm in my country, Finland. I checked the korean time and it was 4:55 am so I could join the prayer at once ❤

I am challenged to reflect on what God might want from me in light of these reminders of past glorious revivals and the ongoing inconvenient truths about the state of S and N Korean churches. I am praying for God to remember his children living in the Korean peninsula, esp those livinging under North Korean oppression . Maranatha, Lord Jesus😢🙏
Praying for the salvation of us all! That no one will fall away in prosperity but will be convicted to remain in Christ! He is the way the truth and the life!!!

May the Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord cause his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you, the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.
I enjoyed the video and learning about Christianity in Korea. However, the Saul to Paul reference towards the end made it difficult for me to continue to focus. Researching different points of view on Saul/Paul's name might be helpful. With all kindness and love, I leave this comment, not to stir up hate. Thank you again and may the Lord bless you and keep you ❤
Good job brother in Christ ✝️ I hope you'll do an episode about Christianity in Britain, is it in decline or upcline? And what do you expect for the future of Islam there because I'm very concerned God bless you and your team❤️✝️
I am an American who lived in Spain,Germany,England, South Korea with the military. There was a disregard for God and the church,it was a spiritual desert.I am now seeing those same things in America.Believe that the Lord is about to pour out his spirit on our nations. See it’s beginning to happen on the internet. I married a christian and the world’s largest church is in Seoul South Korea.
@jesusislord4610. I am not an expert, but I know that Islam is growing rapidly in the UK. Mostly through immigration, but also through conversion of indigenous British people. Muslims also tend to have lots of children, unlike secular or Christian Britons. For decades, Muslim leaders like Anjem Choudary have stated that their goal is to make the UK a Muslim country. They are making tremendous political progress. The mayor of London, Sadik Khan, is a Bangladeshi Muslim. The former first Minister of Scotland was a Pakistani Muslim, Hamza Yousaf. Recent elections in Yorkshire brought a number of Muslims into parliament. The reason, I think, is that the traditional churches, the indigenous churches, like the Church of England, the Church of Scotland, the Methodist and Baptist churches, and the Roman Catholic Churches are in decline. Most indigenous British people seem to have turned away from God, very few believe in the Bible or Jesus. Most white British churches have shrinking attendance, low rates of Baptism and marriages in the church, and elderly members. Many churches are being closed. I think Islam has entered the void that a declining church has left. However immigrant churches are growing, often Pentecostal churches, sometimes evangelical. Some of these churches are attracting indigenous British people, as well.
Kim Il Sung was raised in the church and I believe, played the organ. This was at the time that revival had spread across Korea and it was dubbed the Jerusalem of the East. ✝

Busy and distracted by comfort, whereas they only have Christ. Deep man, deep
This brought me to tears 🙏
And that they even only know a little of the Bible that they treasure whereas we have an abundance here that we can take easily for granted here.
@OTSunny the little foxes spiling the vine. Oh Jesus, open the eyes of my heart Lord! That I may see You!!
I watched a video about the Chinese Christians who also only have page's of the bible, and have mastered every verse on those pages by heart. Yet as who not being persecuted can hardly master 10 verse's..
Or worth going to prison for,,,, wow
God Bless You Sir❤
Last line❤
I pray that S. Korea finds back the love for and faith in Christ they lost during the years of economic growth.
My parents adopted two orphans from Seoul…from the Holt orphanage in the 1960s.
Before she even finished asking, God spoke to her in a clear, booming voice, and said “I have him, be joyful, he is with me!”
She stood up, sat on her couch, stunned, then felt a presence in the room room which terrified her.
Beautiful! Indeed He comforts us in all our afflictions ❤️
Terraplanism no.
An ancient martyr said, “You cannot destroy us, for our blood is seed.”
Agreed 100%❤
Jesus Himself was amazed at the faith of the Centurion. I am pretty sure he was amazed at the faith of the gentile woman asking for scraps from the table. If Jesus could be amazed by someone’s faith, then it is no shame for us to also be amazed.

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff- they comfort me.
The LORD keep His Churches all over the world & protect, bless & expand the underground Churches everywhere. Amen.
축복합니다!
I am a Believer from India and now in Canada for 50 yrs in Canada there is south Korean believer in our Street ministry,
I hear Iran, Chiana ,Afganistan ,and ,Muslims from India ,Pakistan,.....Hallelujah! thank You Lord.
Maranatha
I am South Indian and a follower of Christ
So true..we don't or should I say, I take these things for granted.
Christianity has ruined South Korea, keep it out of the North. Keep Western heretics out of Korea. Keep Korea Korean.
i love this. i think back to when i get on a plane, i'm never more confronted with my mortality as i am when flying, and it's that confrontation that pushes me even more towards Jesus. likewise, for they that face persecution it keeps them close the cross. but they who are comfortable have the freedom to second-guess. i pray with you that the church is confronted by their mortality and choose the path of holy, refining fire.

So encouraging
God has put the same desire on me! I was initially getting those thoughts of “I hope North Korea” can be free from that dictator and then changed my thoughts, instead, I’m praying that God saves this man!!!!
My father is a Korean missionary and this video sums Korean christian culture perfectly, wow.
Praying 🙏 for you and your country love from South Africa
Praying for you from Borneo❤

Years ago, when news of humongous revivals and church attendance in S. Korea was going around, I heard someone once joke, to the effect of, "If the numbers are to be believed, the entire population of S. Korea has been saved three times."
On a serious note, I also read the following about house churches in communist China, "In China, a small group of believers gathered weekly in the back room of a small store to worship together.
Isn't that how it always is though? In times of prosperity people stray away from God, but in times of disparity people gravitate towards God.
Yes. Persecution makes the church thrive and the kingdom grow. In our fallen state, we only respond to hardships. It will be glorious when Jesus returns and sets us free from these bodies and this sin cursed world
amen
I went on the world clock and found that it is 5:35 am in Pyongyang right now. I have joined them in prayer. May you all also!

"And so that's how Christians become Christian in North Korea, through hearing the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit grants them the faith to be weak towards the Lord."
That is the only way to become a true Christian anywhere else in this world (Rom 10:17).
Such an informative and eye-opening series. May our brothers and sisters in North and South Korea never lose their faith 🙏🏾
The light will never go dim! Joining in prayer!
This was absolutely beautiful to watch. There's no where God's gospel cannot reach. I pray for revival !!!
Thank you for this encouraging video about our brothers and sisters in Korea. The body is praying with you all for Korea.

Thank you so much. These are two nations that I have prayed for for years and it is so encouraging to see what is happening. Hallelujah!!
"To believe that there is a place too hard to reach, or a people group too lost is to believe in a God that can only do easy things. We do not believe in a week God. We believe a God of hard to reach people" That was a powerful quote at the end of the video.
My heart cries for both Korea's . since I read a book called ''Tears of my soul, many years ago now, I've had a heart for this country, I pray for revival in the South..and freedom in the North.I've read about 15 books on the escapees from the North, and also see the problems it may bring if the North open to the South.. but I keep praying, and asking God to please hear our prayers!!
this series is so incredibly inspiring, thank you for the work you're all doing for our Lord. none of it will be in vain.
I love this. I have had such a burden for North Korean believers. They live in unimaginable oppression. It's a joy to hear that The Word is spreading.
This is incredible, I have been looking for material on our brethren in North Korea.Thank our so much for sharing and May God bless you and our brethren in North Korea.

Someone said persecution has always worked to actually further Christianity than drive it into obscurity. History has proven this
The blood of martyrs is seed for evangelism.

This is a nice report of what is happening in the world especially to our brothers and sisters in Christ in North Korea. Something to be inspired about, to learn about and to pray about. May the Blessed Lord guide them in their troubled times and help them both physically and spiritually.

The authentic Christian are a serious and disciplined lot. Much to learnt from them!

Some of these churches are attracting indigenous British people, as well.
so interesting and insightful. thank you for researching this and sharing this.
Kim Il Sung was raised in the church and I believe, played the organ. This was at the time that revival had spread across Korea and it was dubbed the Jerusalem of the East. ✝
