Cost: Free trial, $299 billed yearly for Pro Plan, $828 billed yearly for Advanced, $2988 billed yearly for Enterprise. Having said that, Bob did a great job and the output seems pretty good. I couldn't even download the program even after login in, not sure why.
It's $699 and $999 billed annually for Advanced and Enterprise, respectively. Still out of my price range, but just thought I'd point out the correct pricing.
The problem is odds are its not going to be something that can remain at $299 for 12 months... in 6 months time there will be an open source download using OS models that can do it for an all in cost of $2.99 a year.
Hahahaha NO CHANCE! Software better than this will be all but free in a year. No software is worth annually billing costs and headaches. One time one payment I do not support this worldwide SCAM of annually billing shit. Especially when the products will be outdated so quickly, and the stop billing is always near impossible. People that support greedy companies selling this way need to understand buy into it and everything in life will cost a annual subscription cost besides dispensable items.
This is great. I can use Kling to have someone talk to the camera for ten seconds, then use this to stretch it out way longer than Kling's lipsync would allow.

Downloaded and using this on a client project. Im running the exported clips through Topaz which cleans up the mouth a bit more (looks perfect in some instances). No need to purchase a subscription as you can stay on the free plan and purchase credits as you need them. Still a little pricey but not too bad when you consider the quality and time saving.

I think this might be the video that pushes me into upgrading my PC rather than relying on online services. Brilliant videa as usual Bob and loving how your channel stands out from all the rest that honestly just seem to give breakdowns of AI news . I do enjoy other channels but genuinely always come away from your vids feeling like i have heard of something new. The improvements to AI image and Video generation over the last few months has been amazing, now the talking avatar is better more animation. Older ones like Hedra are pretty stiff but this looks good.

Great video, interesting new product for avatars. If the pro plan translates to $25 pcm equivalent then I guess folks will weigh this up against tools like Synthesia? Its cool this runs locally though 🖤 If the tech tightens up on the render quality so it looks 30% more "real" it might be usable commercially in 12 months maybe? ( Perhaps the creators could focus on the video side, cos we can get cool voice clones from elevenlabs etc). Anyway thanks loads for the demo, its encouraging to see alternatives to the subscription cloud products for sure! 🤘

You mentioned CPU in the video even though the requirements are a GPU computer. The test video you did of you only took 1 minute. I figure a CPU computer would'nt take that long , Im not sure. What I need to know is do you need any of the NVIDA or AMD cards which I don;t have on my CPU computer ?
Installed the talking avatar selected drive e, it create 3 gigs of data and have a listing in system for uninstall and crashes out its uninstaller when you try, never fully installed, gave errors through the entire install process, and have left unremovable, for the moment artifacts throughout the computer. 2.99 gb of space assigned to a supposed non-existing app that installed but isnt....on windows 10 pro 64 265gb ram, 3090s, 5950I9, 16 core, 32 threaded, app has a poorly signed signature, being that it is and isnt depending on when you look, total heap, software is a issue.

The monthly costs I have for the amount of programs I use is INSANE. Some I only use for some things. They need an all inclusive program that does all the things, for one standard fee. I use so many tools for so many different things. Its hard to keep track.

If it’s a truly professional application of lip syncing you’re after, I would look at something like HeyGen over this, but this has its place as a lower cost solution for some people. But everybody’s tech is evolving so quickly, an answer like this could be obsolete in 15 minutes. 😄

How good is it with singing instead of talking? I mean acapella of course. Unfortunately I can't try it since I don't have a PC. But I would try a lot to get this working for me if it could do singing. Even rapping would be great.

Nailed it, as usual :) Interesting business/distribution model. We can probably guess some of the open source projects it's borrowing from (e2-f5, facefusion?). It's essentially a web app that's been packaged as an executable. This gives the advantages AND disadvantages of using the local GPU, though I can see it transfers data every time you click on something and can't be used offline. So is it worth 40 bucks a month for a simple UI rather than having to piss about in ComfyUI et al? Possibly, for many. I must admit it gives good results. The other question is should it be this easy to create deep fakes? So far all the facebook ads starring Elon Musk giving dodgy investment advice have been easy to spot (by everyone apart from Facebook who obviously don't give a shit as long as someone's paying)

it put artifacts of crap all over and used drive c without permission and created a talkingavatar-updater folder with other named versions of the app, also it made its self write only in microsoft.windows.system folder, and it did the same but with another part of the packages folder, and standalone roaming folder. wow, what a mess, I had to use a special utility to give it permissions to even access the folder it went in, and to attempt to delete it, even after removing read only, and still in my app list....what crap, im ill, im picky about my system... use that site and software with care, its crap...

Probably worth separating the music audio into stems and using the vocal stem and then putting the rest back in afterwards.
