Really like how you present. Will try for sure. This model seems to be spreading, but Krea seems to beat any other (just by seen your video) Congratulations
i joined krea way back when it was mainly an upsizing app and a trippy video transition generator am really happy how its progressed into a versatile tool where image creation is top class - I too have ended up with multiple subscriptions and trying not to shell out for more and krea hosting multiple options like this will help me cut down just a little!
Yeah, none of the "all in one's" are perfect, but Krea has got to be very near the top of the list, if not the top for overall features and performance. I know people balk over the $60 a month because it does seem like a lot - but you're getting so many really high quality services for that $60, and it really could save a person considerable money. Just depends on what the person is actually up to!
Hi Bob, If you don’t mind me chiming in on @23:31-The "sorry, this one failed. Please try another prompt or model provider" error (in my theory) means the prompt didn’t align with the selected direction arrow. I’ve noticed this happens when my prompt doesn’t match the direction or focus indicated by the arrow. It seems important to specify what you want to be turned or adjusted. I guess the prompt just has to make sense for it to understand the movement. While your reasons are definitely valid, I think this factor is worth considering as well. Of course, this is just my thought on that.
@@ijungee well I was going with what they tell you in the fine print underneath a failed generation. It says “why do generations fail?“ And those were what it said. So that’s where I got that.
@@BobDoyleMedia Yeah i figured. It was just my thought or theory on that. Just thought I'd point it out in case it made sense, because anytime my prompt didn't align correctly with the arrow. it decided to fail on me. You're the man Bob! Thanks for all you do.
Hey Bob, how is video generation calculated? Is it 25 frames per second, meaning 125 images for a 5-second video? That would mean with the "Basic" plan, I could generate less than 6 animations per month, because you get ~720 flux images. Or is it 36000 real-time images? What are those btw? :D Or is video generation calculated differently? Could you estimate how many minutes of video you’ve generated and how much it cost you? By the way, great video and a very promising service!
I use both. They are not very similar.. Freepik has more image editing. (Retouch, expand, upscale, re-imagine) and more IMAGE models. Flux, mystic, their own. Has 1 vid model. Has stock footage. Has 1million + stock images. Krea has less for image and more for video. Upscale video (which is rare) All video generators.
@@redfury91 well yes. Because it’s a paid service. I pretty much addressed that head on that. This is to be looked at as a way to save money if you already subscribed to a lot of things. But if you’re someone who doesn’t want any paid services, then yeah, this is out of the running, as are many other services. However, our commitment on this channel is to find as many open source alternatives to these types of things as we can, but we have to cover the main technology on the channel as well, whether or not it’s a paid service. It’s where the tech is going and that’s what this channel is about. I appreciate you watching!
Been there done that. The problem is the site is so overly regulated that you quickly find out where your limitations are as far as how productive you can be with the site. There are far better uncensored sites that you have free access to do as your imagination desires and you can take that content and maybe Krea can help you enhance but that's about it in my opinion.
Well, that absolutely depends on your business model, and what type of images you need to create to make a living with this kind of technology. If you need a fully uncensored model, then yes, this isn’t going to be your option. But for a lot of working professionals, this is an amazing solution for countless use cases.
@@BobDoyleMedia I can't argue with you there, in that aspect it's great. Uncensored may have been an misunderstood word to use but really that's what sets all these API sites apart. Even if it's just IMG to VID for example, You can generate the image on a site and when/if you create a video from it, the same site may downgrade/reject the video for any number of reasons. Kling is notorious for it. If I pay for pencils I don't want to be told what I can draw with them. Typically the sites that restrict the most are the sites that allow everyone to see everyone's creations. People figure out the subscription hype when/if they get serious. Your videos are great by the way. Well Done.
@@SpiffyJack This is one of the reasons I don't pay for subscriptions. Image/video generation and music sites like Suno often reject my prompts. If I create and then publish something illegal it should be my problem. I've uploaded songs to my RUclips channel that many (maybe most) people would consider to be in questionable taste. However, they don't break any laws or infringe on any musicians' copyrights. And even if I did, the tools I used would not be responsible.
But I don't think they have all the tools through the API? Each platform has some incredible tools, some of the tools are a big part of the generators. Yeah...I'm spending a lot to get multiple platforms but it's worth it sometimes I think. I do like this idea and Krea on its own has some cool features, they need a better yearly discount or deal for cyber Monday and I'll jump on it!😁
@@TheFeedRocket yeah, I guess it is surprising. They’re not running a deal. I just did this video because I wanted to, not because they asked me too. But they definitely don’t have all the latest tools. I do mention that in the video I believe. Thanks so much for watching!
I'll answer that question. No, Krea will not end all subscriptions. Krea lured in everyone by offering services that supposedly didn't care about nudity or whether or not your movie scene took place during a Civil War battle and then pulled the rug by installing horrifying censorship filters that would have made even the original Puritans blush. That, in my opinion, made their output significantly worse than it used to be. No one should ever support such deception and anyone trying to do real work will use one of the dozen other free "enhancers" or "livecanvas" options.
Still it has a long way to go, you still can't tell consistent stories with it. You have to put together a bunch of random images and then do a narration over top of it. It's a long way from putting Hollywood out of business
@@armondtanz In order to make a movie you'll have to have characters that can take directions that's what I mean. The characters would have to be able to read script in the voice that you want. Now I have seen some experimental AI where you operate the figures like a puppet where you can move each individual finger, That's the type of control you have to have if you going to make consistent movies or even comic book images

Subjective I suppose but I’m thrilled with the quality and have been doing this a long time.
@@BobDoyleMedia Understood. It's just my view. The fantasy images can't be compared with anything else. My feeling is they generally have a 'Disney' wash over them which I personally find repetitive. I think we've learned to be generous with the photo realistic images. They are either right or they aren't and 6 fingers is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to inaccuracies. I love your videos so forgive me for being frank. I look forward to the day they really match our expectations. Who knows, that might be tomorrow!

To create still image facial expression variations, based on one fantasy character, what would be the best tool?
