In fact it was an 11AM slot on a Saturday at Wacken which really wasn't fair to the band. There were technical issues nearly the entire set until that last song. In fact they started 15 minutes late because Tatiana had someone else singing in her in-ear monitors. The band pushed through it. Thanks to Covid and then the war in Ukraine "see you next time" became several years. Pretty much every year tickets for the Wacken festival are sold out before the festival for the previous year is even done.
Its a shame what Covid has done, and that's crazy that she pushed through something like that. A technical issue of that nature would throw me off lol. I'm glad they're back, and doing great!
Was in the same hotel as them at a festival. She’s such a nice person. But almost shy and very humble. Great band, great singer. And unbelievably tight live.

Jinjer is such a powerhouse, all band members are top caliber musicians bringing truly progressive metal to millions. Kudos to Jinjer. Tonylytics reaction was very insightful: Perennial removes any doubt as to what Jinjer can do live, on-stage, in real-time. Now, take a look at something earlier, "I Speak Astronomy," to see this band showcased in a marvelously creative manner ... Tatiana's vocals transcend to a goddess mode ... awesome.
If you aren't already familiar, You should send yourself down The Warning's rabbit hole. They are not at all like Jinjer, but IMO they and Jinjer are the 2 best bands I've discovered in 20 years or more.
Don't know what you've seen/heard from Jinjer...if you have not checked it out yet, also goes with your little fun fact, you need to watch OUTLANDER. Back then they had a different drummer plus an additional guitarist. Perennial is a top 3 song from them for me and OUTLANDER is in my top 5.
Gotta do a double feature: 2 versions of Tatiana singing Laid to Rest by Lamb of God: a recording from summer of 2012 recently re-uploaded by the Ukrainian Metal Bands channel and a new version with a band composed of musicians from other bands at Whiskey A Go Go. The earlier one she does have her metal goddess persona as baked in which is endearing. She's been performing in small local bands since she was 15 in 2002 and heard Otep for the first time and knew what she had to do. P.s. no argument it's pronounced like the spice. ;)

He has two Venus, both 27" Baritones, one multiscale, plus an OD Rhea standard scale for older drop C songs. Roman used Bareknuckle Painkillers for years, including in his old esp horizon, before switching to msp guitars pickups on a couple of his OD's He's now a Jackson signature artist and worked with them to design his current custom protoype, which started life back in 2019. That one has just been released as a pro-series version from Jackson (MDK-HT6) and features his signature Jackson pickups. For another great live performance, check out Pit of Consciousness, live in Kiev Kiev is their adopted home city after having to relocate from Donetsk in 2014 due to the conflict with Russia

In fact, Tati does NOTHING to condition her voice. She doesn't practice, she doesn't warm up, she doesn't cool down. She just sends it. And she tells all the kiddies, "Don't try this at home". Obviously she does have it figured out. Because she doesn't wreck her voice.

I suspect -since this is an official video from the record company - that the vocal line has been pitch corrected, like it has on the Pisces live session video. Have the wings of Pegasus dude run it through his software to double check.
Possibly, if they got the raw track from the sound engineers, they could have corrected just the vocals, without messing with the pitch on the guitar sounds. I'm just going to assume she was flawless though lol 😆
