I’m impressed that you caught everything that he does here on the first take. No one seems to catch the double stick on the closed hats move initially because they are so brown away by the three nutty things he does prior! His accuracy around the kit is incredible.

It took me a few tries to see the entire transition from one stick to two in the right-hand, even knowing it's coming it's still hard to catch when he drops the second
I don't know what I like more. New el estepario siberiano videos, or seeing other people's reactions to seeing him play for their first time, period. Both are extremely entertaining

I don't even know if I believe El Estepario Siberiano is human at this point with how good technology is and how good he is. I'm convinced he's a robot specifically designed for drumming and the inventor hasn't told us yet lol

Joely Jamz understands the gravity of what we're all watching. Estepario is re-defining what's possible with two sticks and a state-of-the-art kick pedal that I, for one, cannot wrap my mind, wrists, or ankles around. Been watching this dude for more than a year now and (whilst I'll never stop playing drums) he makes me wanna stop and reconsider my entire approach. Fuck

I've commented on other videos but I can't help but wanting to comment every time I see them. I've seen this video 50 times and it's still as if I'm seeing it for the first time. The most amazing part about him isn't just his drumming. To me what is equally impressive and possibly even more impressive is his refusal to heed to the haters or the people saying he's faking it and the confidence and ability to not only push through and share his gift, but to inspire others and teach us to break out of the mentality that there's only do much you can do and everything possible on the drums has been done. His commitment to flipping the middle finger and saying you think you've seen everything in drums?? Haha here hold my beer. Regardless if you love this guy or not there's no denying he has an awe inspiring drive and mentality to push the boundaries of human capability and not afraid to reinvent the drums as we know it. Mad MAD respect and love for his talent and inspiration

I love the fact he lets you know you should not play the song the way he is. He goes on to say he is having fun changing it up basically. I have played for over 40 years and always had fast hands and great timing now after watching this man I have come to the conclusion I have slow hands and my timing may not be so great. Wow what a talent.

Those rim shots with gravity blasts are insanity. They are very hard to do at the same time. I mean Jesus look at this guy's technique. Its incomparable. Plus look at the 2 extra drum sticks in his waist band. He is using 2 sticks in his right hand on 2 parts of this song. WOW!!

What a great video. I have watched several other reactions on this song by him. Your reaction was fantastic. You caught the sticks and how he did it first time. It took me many tries for several reason. I was to busy being amazed at the thing before each time he did it. Honestly there is so much going on and it’s so quick. You also were just so positive and quick to say what you honestly thought. The language you used just made me laugh. I was thinking very similarly. So hearing you say it, and the fact you are experienced just made it better. Extremely fun to watch this video with your reaction. He is one of my favorite drummers to watch. El Estepario is, in my own opinion, giving drumming a sort of renaissance. Travis Barker used to be the one drummer everyone knew, I say give it a year and some good smart opportunities and El Estepario will be the new household name drummer and we will finally know how to pronounce his god damn name haha.

1:38 if you blinked you missed it. Look how he switched to the third stick.
He flips the stick in his right hand, switched the stick from his left hand to the right hand, catches the airborne stick with the right hand and pulled the third stick out of his pants. And all of this perfectly to the beat. And he is doing this twice. The release of the third stick after this section is almost not viewable because it is so insanly fast.
And why? Just because.
