Sleeping Mechanized Planet sounds like it would play when you return to Shiver Star to find that the factories have shut down. The planet can finally rest in peace.
Every time this gets used in a kirby game, it compliments the atmosphere perfectly. I love how the original uses machine sound effects (especially the intro, with what sounds like an old car starting up) or that intense slam of piano keys.
Fun fact, in order to get the unique sound heard at 7:45, Jun Ishikawa (also composer of the original song) stuck his glasses between his guitar strings, breaking his glasses in the process.
This is the song that got me into video game music honestly. Because there was almost a story behind the machines noises (according to kid me). I love it so much

I`m feeling that the Kirby Cafe one is fitting in Kirby` Epic Yarn. Also, can we talk about how In the beginning of this video Kirby literally dive head-first into a *Saw blade* without getting hurt?
Uh... No, I rather believe that Shiver Star it's one of the first planet Haltmann helped or is a forgotten planet where The Ancients were once. It's more interesting than "Shiver Star = Earth guys omgg :ooo"
@@AzumarillConGafasBv No it’s not. How about Shiver Star was the result of Haltman Robotics finding the secluded planet but they left the now mechanized Earth after the thermal core broke down?

I had no idea about super star using this in the sub game! I've always loved the track but I never made the connection. These videos are fantastic, thanks for putting them together!
I really loved Shiver Star Factory level, I find really hard that one part where there's giant hammers that crush you in the DDD section My favorite one so far is the Canvas Curse and KF2!
Yea the factory is really creepy. Especially coming off the toy factory. It also seems to be more grim. The hammers have faces and the robots have lasers and launch towards you. Really good level design!
I will always call it factory inspection "studying the factory" sounds like something you'd read in one of those fan translation that are meant to be more accurate to the original version but end up being too literal and end up sounding way more confusing than the official, technically less accurate version Yes I really typed all of that because of a name
The tone of the song is super heavy but then it get used in "snack track" 😂 Also, the song appear in Kirby fighter (1) no? Or did you not include because it's the same as a previous one?
Anyone get any Final Fantasy IV vibes from this tune? Specifically the music that plays when you're inside the giant robot: ruclips.net/video/dsbmq752sB0/видео.html

Don't take Adeleine back to Shiver Star. Just a tip.
@@nerdsmyspiritanimal2676 ... Huh. Never thought of that...

Aww, agreed ^^ I getcha
Of course rainbow curse with the electric guitars making everything 10x better
Yeah, just like C.R.O.W.N.E.D, although I like the original one better
Agreed
What about Canvas curse
@@Aydenthekirb it's good, but also very erratic, I personally enjoy it more thant the others, but everyone has his own opinions
@@AzumarillConGafasBv True
I love how much Robobot's version really leans into the industrial tone.

I think it's more "buzzy" in a way since it's a power plant

I can totally see a group like ministry or NIN performing it.😊

He sure loves his job
Legit why he's my favorite video game composer ever.
True dedication to the craft
Wow, I never noticed that the beginning of Snack Track had part of this theme! Man, I love these small references they make.

Me neither!

Same. As a kid you don’t know all the technical stuff but you can still “feel” an understanding of the song in a way
The Kirby 64 File Select part at the end was surely unexpected but really satisfying to listen to

That’s genius
That guitar riff in Rainbow Curse is so cool
Hearing the melody kick in during Sleeping Mechanized Planet made me oddly emotional
The kirby cafe version sounds as if someone fell asleep at the factory
Kirby and the Forgotten Land, his first full 3D game, NEEDS a new remix of this track! It'll fit perfectly to an abandoned factory area!
There even IS a Factory area.... But it doesn't use this song.... :(

Yeah, according to the theory, it's not like they left a lot to imagination. That is the Earth of course.
But not our earth, adventure states popstar is too far away to see from earth. It's probably the shared bigger earth that mario and link inhabit

My favorite Kirby 64 theme
I feel there should be more games with the upbeat music style from Canvas Curse

I feel like calling the version in Kirby 64 “studying the factory” should be considered gaslighting.
The Kirby Café, I need to go there some day

The SSU one is underrated af.
I misread the title as "Studying all the factory themes"... like this was going to be a big in depth essay video about all the music tracks.
Me too
Same (still ended up liking this video though)
2:47 that safe, and it even fit with the music
Just had my mind blown because I somehow didn't catch that Snack Tracks was this song. Hahaha
Studying the factory would be perfect in forgotten land!
We almost got a similar song to it on the Volcano level
7:48 that was so stressfull !
Kirby just casually killing a living creature by falling on them at the beginning XD
Banger
Watamelon
Hope they make a new one for Forgotten Land

Factory Tour also appears in the first Kirby Fighters, and KF-DX.

This song is very mechanial! Except Kirby fighters 2 secret song ver(this song was the worst song in factory inspection)
The original is the best, no question.
(Probably because of nostalgia tho)
Should factories be THAT deep?
The original is the best just because of the old engine sound.
Star Allies has its stage instead of its OST
