Some good points. Exams do not define people. But we do have to be able to motivate people, to give them the tools to succeed. Schooling is not just about exams. It is also about learning to see something through to the end. About learning the self discipline to complete things in life we don't want to do.

I defiantly agree with the individuals in all the same class. If INDIVIDUALS could learn more about their INDIVIDUAL strengths and interests.. The would would be a lot better place. Think about it. Here’s an example. See that homeless woman on the street with the sign? Yeah, well she dreamed to be an artist. But at her school, art wasn’t important. Only memorization of useless things. If she could have studied art, she could be living in a beautiful home full of her own watercolor paintings and have museums showcasing her artwork. If only she could have taken a more advanced art class.

This is exactly how I feel, every time I get a report card, and I see a C, or a D, or even a B, I know that when I get home and show my Dad, he will be disappointed in me, because it's never good enough. It never has been, and most likely never will be. I know, as soon as I see anything less then an A, I know he'll feel disappointed, let down, and like he failed bringing me up. I honestly just, don't even try and more, because I know, I'm not capable to get anything higher then a B, and I know that he will feel like that every term. I give up. I'm finished. Done. Conquered.
