  • In the presentation with the title "Essential oil components encapsulated in polymeric fibers and particles by electrodynamic techniques" Silvia Irusta explains how high loadings of essential oil compounds in polymers can be achieve using electrodynamic techniques and mentions that the obtained material has bactericidal effects against Gram+ and Gram- bacteria.
Silvia Irusta is Senior Researcher at ANI(Aragon Nanoscience Institute) and Associated Professor at University of Zaragoza.
