Just like the chief before her and the chief before that chief, this woman is overrated she is no good as a chief of soldiers need better working condition. The chain of command to be better supervised to take care of the welfare if the enlisted men. They are.been bullied by this noncommissioned by overusing their military authority. There is no system in place that these privates can complain to. As a result, you find most soldiers are depressed which results in a high rate of medical discharge from the JDF. Soldiers do not even bother to renew their contracts after their initial contracts expired. This is a problem that needs to be addressed. But who is there to do it? This chief is just another weakling.
