- Ever seen a Honda Acty Kei truck with a 200 horsepower motor swap? We are removing the 3 cylinder motor from a 1995 Honda Acty and swapping it with a Honda K24. Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make it happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.

I have purchased some stock parts from a place in the states called Mactown Mini Trucks. Dude that owns it is named Jimmy Johnson and he is very helpful. His website is a bit dated but if you get his number and reach out he can usually point you in the right direction for stock parts, if he has them here.

@@insaneimports_official can you drive that truck on the highway? I'm from California and my body bought one of these. Dmv considered it as an atv to brand stay on private property and not on the street. Great vids.
Yep I can drive it on the highway. I’m in North Carolina and these are street legal with regular tags.
