Hopefully this helps, if not, you can always ask more in-depth extrusion questions here - bit.ly/3e3H6nS Machine Finish: • An end of extrusion cut with a precision piece of machinery v. a hack saw or something that gives one a crude cut. Airlines cutting machines automatically holds the extrusion in place tightly with a precise cut to size length. Miter Saw: • A cutting system that is typically mobile and can be moved around from job site to job site. These saws can give a smooth cut if used with a carbide tip blade which runs around 2500 rpms. They typically do not have an accurate measuring system that consistently give an repeatable and accurate cut length.
Hello I have a question?? Can I connect a 20X20 V-slot aluminum profile with a 20X20 T-slot profile just as the same way, same corner brackets which are used to connect two V slots together?
I don’t understand why in this day in age, nobody can list prices in their website. If I don’t have prices, I’m certainly not gonna call and waste my time. “Call for price” usually means it’s way overpriced and have to deal with car salesmen or rude customer service. If you can’t list the price, I’m not interested. The main thing about websites and ordering online is you have less labor costs of paying CSR’s and the overall ease of having everything laid out right in front of your face. There are also less mistakes made when you can see what your ordering and puts mistakes on the customers unless orders are pulled incorrectly. If it’s prices “too low” to list, do what others do and put “ see price in cart” on those items. All your doing is waisting everyone’s time and money like I am typing this right now.
Oh no! We're very sorry for your frustration. We always strive to improve our e-commerce and agree with displaying pricing for the listed products, so this is a technical error we're working on fixing ASAP.
Run a business for twenty-five years and if you don't list prices I am not wasting my time chasing when I should be able to work it out what I need and associated price. This isn't Idle chat either as I came across this while looking for parts for my work benches.
This material reminds me of the Lego sets i used to play with as a child. I had thought of using Telespar for my construction projects, but this is better.
Hey nice video thanks,😀so I wanted to download and try MTPro Light but unfortunately there is no download available... maybe a page/link bug, can you please check it???
How about a rectangular extrusion frame that would allow a separate panel to slide up and down if a button or trigger on a handle is pressed. Once the trigger is released, the panel can no longer move. Where might I find that? Is that something you guys could fabricate? I'm trying to construct a vertical motherboard mount where the rear I/O would be on top as opposed to the side or at base. The motherboard panel would literally be slide able down into the computer case and slide able to above the rim of the computer case to allow to swapping components, etc.
So we bought a townhome-style condo with a lanai with one exterior screened wall framed with aluminum. It appears self-tapping metal screws were used to tie the hollow square aluminum framing tubes together. Along the bottom, a sheet of aluminum is fastened to the aluminum frame to create a non-screened band along the width of the fabricated wall. This got us thinking that we could "4-season" the room by adding our own sheets of aluminum to the remaining screened in spaces, or adding plexiglass or such to areas we want to still want to see through. The square aluminum support frame/beams could be clad on both sides leaving the interior 2-3" space a void or filling it with insulation. Is this a naive DIY, or are we as first-time homeowners on to something?
This is a great material for that sort of application! Make sure you do your research on what options are best for you, but if you're interested in using this material and want some help getting there feel free to reach out!
Hey :) I could need some help. I bought your profiles for building a cnc marchine and I wannt to tap the hole in the middle of the profile. (45x45 light weight nut 10 b type) The problem is that the hole is to big for M10 an I don't think I can tap M12 into that hole. Any suggestions? Are there some inserts ore something available?

1. DO NOT ADD MUSIC. IT IS THE SINGLE MOST IRRITATING THING IN A DIY, DEMO, TOUR, WILDLIFE, OR COOKING VIDEO. 2. Try to get a live human being to talk, not a zombie or robot. This voice sounds dead. 3. Prices, prices, prices!!!! Start with 1 inch extrusion in different finishes, then 2", and a few hardware pieces. That is all we need to compare to 8020, TNutz, and straight from China brands. 4. Videos like this are a waste of time, made by and for govt bureaucrats. They impart ZERO information, create ZERO interest in viewer, and achieve no greater sales. Instead, show how to build a cabinet frame with different gauge extrusions 1", 2", smooth profile, add hinges. Show a table with hinged folding legs, or folding center, show a picture frame assembly, and other simple stuff so we get a sense of how to use this material and what hardware exists.

I love aluminum constructs. Sadly, they are way too expensive and I can't justify the use because of the ridiculuos cost.
Its easier to recycle. I've created projects on. Just recycled parts.
