Nice job. It's worth mentioning you can keep same speed on all translators and have more control and precision instead to activate them you can use custom path cube object which is moving outside of camera range, then put center of translator on its road - as soon as cube will come close to translator it will activate it - having like 50 translators in a line will create the natural delay while keeping same speed of translators - you can also then control the speed of activation by changing the custom path speed. Made 2 years ago a video called "Industrial Home Garden - Twinmotion 2021" on my channel where you can see how that kind of activation works out in opening scene. Anyway - good job ;)

@twinmotion, great tutorial. I have been struggling with the translators forever this is a great and clear tutorial with the tool sets available. Hats of to the creator.
This process seems incredibly unintuitive with users having to do re calculate postions of objects by hand. Really goes against the simplicityof the rest of the program, tons of materials, lighting options, more tress than I know what to do with, but one translator?
If there was a way to create a constuction drop in sequence that works as easy as the rest of the software, it would make the program the best. All the individual panels coming into shot really create an unbeatable video.
Currently the translator works well for single objects. Would be great if there was an simple drop in or exploded animator for the whole model, or more types of translators that work with the same simplicity as the rest of the software.

To create an construction animation, you can use this technique which is pretty time consuming. But an other way would be to datasmith your project, import it in blender set your animation and export the animation sequence (fbx file) to Twinmotion

This is great but incredibly unintuitive compared to other techniques in other software..but well done to Alexandre for putting this together it looks great and thankyou for going through this process - Twin motion please allow us an easier way to make construction sequences for us construction animators! The new custom animation import is a great step in the right direction and the road map looks great I just hope we can turn off/on animated objects visibility during the animation timeline ( similar to the current "phasing timeline" just for animations!

For a industrial product designer it would be great if we were able to give 2 animations to one object in different phases. For example. a handle that turns and translates at the same time.

Hello @twinmotion team/users, I have a question: Is it possible to set up phases with animation translator with regime "Once" and ensure that elements move in sequence? Please help

Why there is not an option to delay the start of the animation? What is this delay option for?

Hello @twinmotion team/users, I have a question: Most pointclouds already have baked-in lighting and shadow information. Is there a setting in Twinmotion that allows me to switch off Twinmotion lighting ENTIRELY? That would make sense since it saves performance and doesnt infere with the lighting captures in the pointcloud. Generally my pointclouds run smooth on desktop, but in VR even an 1GB pointcloud scene lags very hard despite my high end graphics card and all VR settings set to low.

This process with translators seems to be unintuitive and tedious. And the phasing tool to create construction sequence animation creates a boring animation.
I think more features like sky drop, ground rise, pop in, implode and staggering options must be added into phasing animation tool to create lucrative and interesting story.
