You and me both! I'm about halfway through developing it. I'm not a spreadsheet creator so it's taking me a while to navigate google sheets :)
When we sell wholesale, do the places that buy them mark the price up for their store? And is that a problem that they are selling at different prices?
Yes. They have to mark them up so they can make a profit as well. It's common practice.
