Who knew that bread could get so wild and dangerous? The amazing breadmakers of Samarkand, Uzbekistan spend their days diving in head first (into the burning hot oven) to stick the circular dough on the sides of the tandoori and wait 20 minutes for it to cook. The bread has this magical capability to NOT get stale for MORE THAN 1 MONTH - how insane is that? It's one of those things that you have to see it to believe it.
On my recent trip to Uzbekistan, I found a random corner where these breadmakers were busy in the kitchen, and I made this story!

The best time to go to uzbekistan is in August, first go to tashkent, then, you will get a taxi to any other city you want bc its extremely cheap,thats why i love my country. Also the cheapest ticket to tashkent is 500$

Hi Drew . You should visit Xinjiang Uyghur Auntomonus Region in Western China. Such Kashgar Turpan Hami Urumqi Altay Karamay Hotan. They culture was etnic Ugyhur semilar at Centrel Asia
