I'm always impressed by the attention to detail by your crew. I have several projects I have put off only because I have no confidence I can find conscientious workers. I'd hire you guys in a heartbeat. Great work!
Wow thanks! We would be happy to do the work as well!
Watching them remove 2 square meters again at 16:15 to improve the level.. I'd agree with you!
That Hispanic guy work really hard,Nice job.
Lots of hard work and attention to details made for a beautiful driveway. One can sit by the garage and look down towards the street all day just admiring it. The sealer really makes it pop.
I concur
TY
Some1 taught him the right way to lay pavers, very inspiring! Now I need to go make a paver video for my channel, but do it with stencils
I’ll be looking forward to that video!
@@OdellCompleteConcrete yeah I've been trying to sell a stencil job tbh! Great video, I left some extra comments 4 annilitical purposes,,it had a great thumbnail and I think it will do good
Oh my God... That's a LOT of work! I got tired just watching it. Great job and attention to details.
So beautifully done, I am amazed. The Odell team is the best!
TY
People don't know how much is involved in prepping beautiful craft work. ❤

Well done again Mr Odell. Hard work aint' easy............and easy work is hard to get!
You guys do great work. Always impressed by your frankness and humility.
God bless you.
Fine work! You should show a before and after shot at the end...just to show how awesome the after is.
Yeah that’s a good idea 👍
Great work on laying the pavers. Keeping the lines nice and straight is harder then it looks.
Yes
TY
Another great work done !
Satisfying to do and how simple it looks getting done, and the end result beautifies the whole neighbourhood! : ))
I concur
TY
The end result is heavenly...

TY
Very good job Ramon💪🇺🇲🙏
Thank you so much 😀
The job came out looking very sharp indeed ! Well done guys !
TY
Looks awesome. Great work.
Fantastic work. Much respect for your attention to detail. I do a few things different, but I’m in Ohio. There’s more than one way to skin a cat. Never skinned one, but you get it. Great job though. I’ve noticed your grade screeding boards you set for concrete. Haven’t tried that yet. I normally run a string line from either edge, hammer a steel pin in, and put a nail or screw through the given hole, and screed to that. Much respect from Ohio. 🤙🏻🇺🇸💯
a bit of carpet on the bottom of the plate compactor works a treat
Sounds good
TY
stellar work again gents! the client must be overjoyed
ty
After rinse, spray sealer for stain protection, water damage, preservation of pavers...

It’s worth the wait!
@@OdellCompleteConcrete I waited, and wasn't disappointed. Awesome work as usual.
Beautiful work
Glad to see see dude fixed what he didn't like instead of letting it ride @ 16:12
Yeah got to always be double checking
I believe they make plate compactors with plastic plate specially for pavers
Awesome job
New subscriber

Tim is the king of the pavers! 👑👑👑. Is he considering striking out on his own? “Odell’s Son Paver Company” - How does that sound? 🤩🤩🤩
PS - Those front steps should win some sort of prize! Beautiful!! 🏆🏆🏆
Sounds good
Okay, the guy in the first scene got me lol
OSS
The great job. guy, I'm watching at thailand.
Great
TY
Beautiful as always
Gorgeous!
The Dingo is a beast !
Yeah it gets the job done
ive used a piece of old carpet under a plate compactor
Great job looks assume. I think I would park on the street instead of driving on it to keep it looking new. 😍
Good choice
What a job!…looks beautiful!…what does a job like this cost?…ballpark figure…….
Holy smokes that came out fantastic. I think the siding game has to be upped to match the quality of of that paver job.
For sure
Another great job guys.
Glad you enjoyed it
Another great looking project finished. Do u prefer pouring the concrete or the pavers? Seems to me, pavers are be much more labor intensive overall..
Wow you guys did a super amazing job.
TY
Instead of cardboard you could use a scrap piece of carpet under the compactor
That should work
Nice work ! I usually go 3 coats of sealer .. but Canadian stuff is not as good as the US stuff
I put on a lot because of winter doing a number on it
Wow this came out really nice.
Ty
The paving looks good, but I wouldn't put up with them wrecking my nice brick veneer, Yup, back charge paving co. for bricklayer patch work!
Excellent 💜
ty
lol, the beginning got me
😂🤣
Nice job.
ty
Excellent job.
TY
How much for you to come to Oregon to install artificial turf grass in neemahs room we already bought all the turf
beautiful work done.
TY
Great work!
Thank you! Cheers!
Milwaukee m18 sprayer would be nice lol
GL
Very nice guys, thank you.
TY
Beautiful
TY
inspiring to watch
Ty
You didn't use a weed barrier or chemicals? Gonna have weeds coming through that beautiful finish!
Round up
Hello from Greece. Congrats for your company. Your videos are very useful. I want to ask u if there is a change, when install pavers the grass came out again and how we can avoid that??
Why can’t use a paint airless sprayer to do the sealer ? Hope u answer
You don't use any metal structures on the stairs? Pure concrete only?
Yes
Brill job, very impressed
Ty!
Is this the same house as last video?
Yes
That looks really nice! Quick question, I will be doing a similar sized driveway for my new construction. About how much is this job with labor and materials, minus concrete demolition? Just trying to get an idea, thanks!
I'd guess around 30-35k
What say you Mr. Odell?
@@20TOP20 probably a really complicated process to run a successful business that provides accurate quotes. Likely can’t be done based off some RUclips comments.
Do you want advice. You gotta pay for it
he said 10k plus 2.5k for more stabilization...
Beautiful job… I noticed there was no additional ground stabilizing (like rebar) for the weight of vehicles. Over time will there be any movement or problem?
2500
Хорошая работа 🤙🇷🇺
TY
Nice work. On those steps. Why not just use srw blocks to build them? Would be a lot faster to build, or you could use slab steps.
I was already pouring concrete so I decided to just pour the steps concrete
is save to drive a 3500 truck on top whiteout damaged the pavers?
Esta buena la musica
Impressive ❤
david, the call my city 'the concrete jungle' among other things. i think they should call your city that. i had a good time watching you install the fake grass on your last project. i guess because of the water shortage and little rain in your state thats a good option.
oh, i preferred the rounded stairs. now the stairs are triangle it looks sharp and dangerous and not kid friendly.
Sounds like a good name
would you do the same prep work with the base and the c-mix sand for a walkway on a house that would only be used for foot traffic ?
Yes
as a man who live in north country, i wanna ask, what if water will freeze inside that porch?
Hopefully when it's raining the water is in liquid form, And it drains away before freezing
👌👌👌👌👌👌😍 Superb
That’s what happens to dry stack veneer stone when it’s installed outside it becomes weak from rain weather the water just sits in the joints
I haven't noticed that
Hi! Great video. What is the name of the sand that you put on the pavers in the end?
Polymeric
I Loved the massive paver driveway did it cost alot to do the driveway and did the porch steps have any rebar it?
Yes and yes
How much would a project of that size cost?
20000
Man, you guys do great work. Where are you guys based out of?
we lay the borders 1st then the middle part
Tough way to go
@@OdellCompleteConcrete ye u right, wasnt my idea. They do it like that before i started there. I didnt question in to not lose my job
What is the name of that small excavator?
Ctx 100 vermeer
Can I install these pavers ontop of a concrete driveway ?
Sure
Good work, what's the song hallway through?
Straight up
just a question, should you wet the ground first before u lay the pavers or no
No
I self-installed a paver 2x2 square and 4 x 4 matching off set to interlock, pool patio approx 400 sf. 18 in base of crushed stone
2 inch Layer of sand. each compacted , each layer. Then stone dust 3 inches compacted. Lay pavers and fillled gaps with stone dust cover pavers with stone dust compact again. Nice and tight. But weeds and moss grow constantly overtake the area. I'm in new England so winters are frost heaves and dormant for plants. Roundup seems to help but does not kill the root of the problem. Should I take roundup and use a paint roller and saturate the area. The pressure washer helps. But lifts the stone dust and I have to refill the cracks which weeds seem to grow better in them. Any good suggestions? BTW thank you for your videos.
Pavers are maintenance.
in California we use a weed blocker under the base material to keep dirt from contaminating base also we fill gaps with polymeric sand which hardens and is somewhat flexible at the same time that keeps weed from growing in the gaps.
How do you round the edges of the paveblocks for the steps? 😊
Buy them that way
Where do you guys get your awesome sun hats!!!
Also are you guys in MD ?
Mexico
How do you do the budgeting for these videos?
Carefully
@@OdellCompleteConcrete lol alright.
😱👍哇...平水線
Fucking fantastic work
How often do you have to put the sealer on?
Every 3 to 5 years
